“Unfortunately my friend didn't receive the flowers, which was a bit embarrassing - it's been over a week now & I've sent two messages to the company, but not had a reply. Bit shocked to be honest, as although it wasn't super expensive, I didn't expect to pay the money & then get ghosted.”

“I was very disappointed as although the bouquet of flowers was delivered on the day they were not delivered until 8pm. This was for a 80th birthday and I was told that they would be delivered in the day. Very disappointing especially for sn elderly lady.”

“The ordered flowers, which were paid for, sent to a very close friend's birthday for delivery on Saturday 26th November have not arrived. Left a message with customer services and are still waiting for a reply. Very disappointing - will not use this firm again. Wlodek”

“I have not seen the flowers nor the Teddy Bear as they were gifts for a friend in North Wales. However she was delighted with both. Also, on this occasion, eFlorist delivered them to her on the correct day. Back in July 2022, eFlorist flowers for her from me were delivered one day early..arriving on the day of her husband's funeral rather than the day after as booked ! Pat Sales [NE London]”
