“I ordered my flowers for a neighbour whose Golden Wedding Anniversary it was, and I just wanted to say "Thank you" for all their help and support and for just being there since my Mum died in June of last year. Such lovely neighbours, that everyone should have a couple who will/would help out anyway they can, even though they are in their 80s and have had health issue. They loved the flowers, and the price helped me too, especially at this time.”

“The flowers were beautiful and well priced however they were delivered a day later than agreed and so missed my friends birthday. I am so disappointed, her Nan had died the day before and she really needed a pick me up. I only picked this site because they guaranteed delivery on the day I needed it. I didn’t find out till 11pm that they would not be delivered until the next day and it looked like I had forgotten my friend on her special but also sad day. Very disappointed with the service.”

“Unfortunately my friend didn't receive the flowers, which was a bit embarrassing - it's been over a week now & I've sent two messages to the company, but not had a reply. Bit shocked to be honest, as although it wasn't super expensive, I didn't expect to pay the money & then get ghosted.”

“I was very disappointed as although the bouquet of flowers was delivered on the day they were not delivered until 8pm. This was for a 80th birthday and I was told that they would be delivered in the day. Very disappointing especially for sn elderly lady.”

“I have not seen the flowers nor the Teddy Bear as they were gifts for a friend in North Wales. However she was delighted with both. Also, on this occasion, eFlorist delivered them to her on the correct day. Back in July 2022, eFlorist flowers for her from me were delivered one day early..arriving on the day of her husband's funeral rather than the day after as booked ! Pat Sales [NE London]”
