“Good price but flowers arrived 2 days after I requested, looking very tired. Also got charged twice. Got in touch with customer service and they arranged a replacement and issued a refund straight away.”

“Fast and efficient service delivering a beautifully boxed bouquet of lilies and roses etc a good mix of flowers some just open and some in bud for days to come. A very good price range and great selection to choose from. I will most certainly use EFlorist again.”

“Check what you buy not what get Ordered medium size looks smaller than Less small made complaint all I got told Wait 48 hrs and flowers look ok this was My wife 50 birthday wanted something Special rubbish after time email get different person don’t touch, should wait to my local florist”

“Customer service prior to the delivery was great! My query and mistake on the wording was dealt with efficiently and quickly and I had great communication with Kirsty from Customer Service. The flowers arrived on time and my daughter-in-law was very pleased with the flowers, chocolates and card. Thank you. I will definitely order again from you when I have another occasion.”

“Ordered for friends birthday. Able to select day for delivery plus received discounted purchase so able to purchase biggest bouquet 😃. Flowers arrived on time and I was updated with tracking & delivery information. No hassle and friend was over the moon with her flowers.”

“Amazing Flowers and presentation very efficient service used them a couple of times and never been disappointed will use them again and again. Prices great very competitive and value for money, delivery very good and arrive when they say they will. Never had the need or any reason to return and with this type of quality service I don`t think I will. Well done keep up the excellent standard and service Joe Lockwood”
