“Great website and service up to point of delivery. I have used them often. So disappointed, flowers dying and rotting in the flower head a day after my wife received them. Almost impossible to get a response from the company in relation to the 7 day guarantee....don't buy from them until spring, summer when flowers are obviously less problematic for them. Very disappointing customer services post delivery. Very quick to send the email asking for a review but no reply to contact email asking for discussion regarding dying flowers.”

“I’ve order from EFlorist a few times and they always deliver what I order, in the time frame they say they are going to deliver as well. Their flowers are just lovely, the ones they sent last week was “just gorgeous “ that’s from the new mum I sent them to 😃 Thank you for looking after me so well each time I send flowers from you. I recommend EFlorist to anyone”

“Easy to order online and delivered next day and came with free chocolates, my Mum said the flowers were beautiful. I only left 4 stars instead of 5 due to the courier (Yodel) not delivering until 5pm in the evening, and my mum does not like answering the door when it’s dark.”

“First time I used Eflorist the box arrived looking like it had been sat on and some of the flowers were damaged...I gave them a 2nd chance and ordered again,the box was flat and crushed again and the "free" chocolates were completely missing!!! Won't be using again”

“Didn't expect to be everything so perfect to be honest. Amazing delivery, package in perfect condition, flowers more than beautiful and everything inside the box was handled with care. Thank you. “I've ordered flowers on-line a few times now through eFlorist. The ordering process is straightforward, and I like the fact that an order can be placed right up to the day before delivery. As the flowers have always been for someone else, I've never actually seen them but feedback from the recipients has always been positive - they've loved the condition of the flowers, and chocolates have been an added bonus!”

“Absolutely terrible service I ordered flowers for my girlfriend on Wednesday to be delivered on Friday and they didn’t arrive, spoke to a customer service representative and there response was it may be delivered 1-2 after your specified date , so was the logic in asking for a delivery date , will never be using this company again and I expect a full refund”
