“I ordered some flowers same day delivery for my friend as a get well soon gift and they came on the day, I was a little skeptic me as often you order same day from companies and they don’t arrive - very prompt delivery, no complaints. The flowers were lovely too”

“Delivery was on time with good communication. The flowers were not very good quality and a small amount considering the cost of them. I was working out of town when they were delivered so I never got to see the when arrived but my wife wasn't too impressed with her anniversary flowers.”

“I placed order online at 10.55am. Unfortunately I had the wrong address. I emailed customer services at 12.53 to change address. I received an answer 2 minutes later to say I was too late to make changes as delivery addresses are printed immediately. The website says that changes can be made if timely - I consider 2 hours later to be timely. However, I accepted that the address could not be changed. I went to the house, made arrangements with a neighbour and the new owner of the house to accept the delivery, to let me know and I would collect from them and deliver myself. Yodel made the delivery the following day. I tracked the delivery and was informed by Yodel that the delivery had been refused at the door. They recommended that I contact Eflorist to make alternative arrangements. I emailed Eflorist again but was told that as the delivery was refused it was not their responsibility but to sort out with Yodel. As neither company are prepared to help or take responsibility I gave up. I received an email two days later from Eflorist hoping that I was pleased with the service and asking for a review. Well - now you have my review - I accept that I made the initial mistake but not impressed with the service or help.”

“Flowers delivered on wrong date .overpriced poor condition … tried on several occasions to contact company but never once did they get back to myself… and when the flowers arrived one day later three of the roses where lifeless a all round nightmare .. would never use again and would never recommend this company”

“Felt your order process not clear regarding free chocolate as at checkout gives options to add and when press chocolate has a plus so would think this meant added. But apparently this removes which doesn’t make sense. I specifically wanted flowers and chocolate to give my niece a treat for new baby so very disappointed she didn’t receive chocolate with bouquet. She did say bouquet was nice”

“After an initial issue with my order, I contacted the help team and the order was sorted there and then. Great customer service, no hesitation in dealing with the delivery error. The flowers delivered were also beautiful. Will definitely use again”
