“Flowers didn’t arrive the day they said it would iv not seem the flowers but my friend said they were beautiful my friend also didn’t receive her box of chocolates bit disappointed as I brought a vase also and thought it would be a lovely 50th present .”

“I purchased the flowers for a friend to cheer her up. The flowers were very underwhelming. Limp. Roses were flowered not in bud. Complained, nothing much really happened wouldn’t buy from eflorist again”

“Flowers ordered for a birthday gift. 5 days after they arrived. Limited tracking updates and was advised I should have read a disclaimer saying flowers could be 1 or 2 days late. I received a refund and my friend received a bunch of dead flowers in the end. Awful”

“EFlorist is efficient, the order process is easy to use, and the service is the same. The selection of bouquets is varied in cost and size, the quality of the flowers is excellent, and the flowers are lovely and fresh. You are kept informed of the delivery which is reassuring. “All good except card text. As icon was not printed but we had some simbols instead which made it look a bit stupid. Shouldn't be like that. If it's impossible to print everything customer should be warned. Had confirmation and whole my text was in that confirmation.”

“Not much flowers in the box compared to what’s being advertised. They look a bit wilted too. This is the second time I ordered., both flowers were dry! Not happy.”
