“Whilst the flowers were lovely i was dissapointed that they didnt arrive until 9pm all be it on the correct date. My friends birthday was all but over by the time they arrived”

“Ordered and paid for same delivery and they could t deliver. Eflorist did inform me after my order but by then I didn’t have the time to change but won’t be using again for the “fast service””

“Delivery didnt happen on expected day, had to write an email asking why. Was to,d it would be looked into, my order arrived two days after the Expected delivery date without any explanation as to why.”

“Easy to use website. Ordered Thursday afternoon and arrived Friday morning. I saw them on Sunday and they looked just like your picture. The roses were a beautiful colour but the lilies weren’t yet out.”

“The flowers i ordered were disappointing. There weren’t as many stems and they were poorly wrapped. I could have bought a better bunch from a supermarket, had I lived closer to my friends. They were delivered on time.”

“I ordered them to a hotel for my girlfriends 21st birthday they didn’t arrive on the day I chose and I had no email or anything to say they’ll be late. I haven’t even received a courier email”
