“Apparently the flowers were lovely but there was no card included so therefore the recipient had no idea who they were from. Spoilt the occasion having to ask if they had received the delivery .”

“Ordered and paid for same delivery and they could t deliver. Eflorist did inform me after my order but by then I didn’t have the time to change but won’t be using again for the “fast service””

“Delivery didnt happen on expected day, had to write an email asking why. Was to,d it would be looked into, my order arrived two days after the Expected delivery date without any explanation as to why.”
