“Usually this company deliver good flowers on time. This time however the flowers were of very poor quality and certainly not worth the money, they were a gift and was somewhat embarrassing.”

“Great bouquet with a good mix of flowers & foliage. Delivered on time by very pleasant courier despite awful weather. Very long lasting flowers, all except the roses, still fresh & vibrant. Very pleased with EFlorist product & service & would highly recommend them based on this transaction.”

“My order didn't turn up on the day and I only found out when I asked the recipient. I complained to the company who said it would come the next day. It did not. When I complained again I was told a couple of days later that it wouldn't now be delivered and they no longer had enough stock. I'm waiting for my money to be refunded. I certainly won't be using them again and would recommend against them.”

“I had 5 white roses amongst decorative leaves that were half dead on arrival that barely survived overnight, this was a Christmas gift from my family. The bouquet I ordered to send to a friend was so poor she was off Very poor value and will not orderered a replacement free!”

“Very pretty choice of flowers and their quality was really good and fresh, but very small, i found there to be no difference between normal(medium) & large. Smaller bouquet then your average.”

“The time etc of delivery was as promised, but when I saw the flowers on Christmas Day I was very disappointed with their condition.I appreciate it is a busy time of year but nevertheless I think they should have been fresher.,and I thought the true was larger.”
