“The flowers were beautiful and are still looking good. My wife was delighted with them even though they were delivered a day earlier than the date requested. After I spoke to someone at your company, who assured me that why they had been delivered early would be investigated and the reason explained to me, nothing has been heard from your company since! I have ordered several times from you as study of your order book will inform you but I doubt that I will use your company again because of the discourteous way I have been treated.”

“Sent 2 bouquets for Christmas from Australia to the UK. So hard to send gifts by mail due to unreliable delivery, damage plus the expense. Have used EFlorist several times now..never let me down, always receive compliments on their quality & freshness & guaranteed delivery. I know I can trust them, would definitely recommend. Great value!”

“Did not deliver at all. No phone number to fellow up. Live chat not a person but a computer generated answers. Email if they get back to you. DO NOT USE THIS Service.”

“i ordered these flowers for a very dear couple who celebrate they wedding anniversary 23rd of dec i cared for both there children for years before sadly they passed away i have never forgotten this couple and send flowers every year to them her message to me was that the flowers was a\mazing bueatiful colours and vibrant and she was delighted with them”
