“The flowers were more or less as to be expected but perhaps too much "greenery" included in the box - but delivery left much to be desired. Courier delivered on time but deemed it OK to dump the box on our doorstep without letting us know it had arrived. We were in all day, and the courier did not ring the bell. The box was left in full view of the blazing hot afternoon sun until by chance we happened to discover it. Not the ideal way to treat the contents. As it happened it did not come as a surprise to my wife (as I had hoped it would) because she picked up on messages on our "landline" phone that suggested something was in transit to us.”

“I found EFLorist absolutely brilliant 👏, so so simple from delivered ontime, lovely and fresh flowers, followed instructions to a T as i wanted them delivered to a neighbours if i wasn't home, I for one would highly recommend using them as I will in the future, thank you EFLORIST.”

“The picture on the website and the flowers we received were entirely different and very disappointing in all honesty. I could have went to a local supermarket and got a decent size bunch for the £20 + delivery we paid. You have to try something once and you learn from it.....”

“Awful service, flowers cancelled twice and delivered 3 days late. When they finally arrived in a very large box, the actual basket of flowers were tiny and very cheap. Expecting a proper basket of flowers, we got flowers in a basket from a pub garden meal….. ridiculous and will not use this business again”

“I booked online for the same day delivery and paid. I wasn't notified until after 2pm that day that you were unable to fulfil my order which was then too late to arrange another florist. Since then I have had numerous marketing emails which I didn't sign up for and I have unsubscribed but am still receiving, inc this one, hence my response. I suggest you revisit the GDPR guidelines as you are currently in breach. I appreciated many actions and procedures are automated but sometimes a human touch is needed and appreciated. I hope my feedback is constructive and you are probably great florists with an excellent track record, just please review your processes and take this review as constructive feedback!”

“Hi thankyou so much for the beautiful flowers that i had you sent for my daughters and son in laws 10th wedding anniversary There were a couple of problems 1 no card had been sent and 2 they didn’t arrive with any water around the stems Once they had been put in water they came out beautiful.”
