“Ordered flowers for my friend to be deliverd at her work place. The flowers were delivered at 8.56pm!!!! Tracked the delivery throughout the day but changed last minute more than once. Went from 4.45pm to 5.15pm to unspecified to actually arrange at 9 in the evening. Ruined my surprise. What a waste of time and money this was! Should have read the reviews 🙄”

“Really easy compared to other flower sites, to change delivery day for my order. Quick email, very quick response and it was done. My aunt was there to receive them and loved the bouquet. Also a nice touch having the free chocolates.”

“I have used EFlorist a number of times with beautiful flowers arriving on time. A week ago an order was delivered to the wrong location and it was only by checking with my friend that I discovered she had not received her planted roses and chocolates. I contacted Customer Services via email on their site on Saturday and the very next day my friend received her plant and chocolates on Sunday.”

“The flowers were fine but it was delived at 5pm on a Saturday to a neighbours house without informing me! The flowers were a surprise for my wife on our first wedding anniversary so a very poor service. Would not use again.”
