“I was so disappointed in my order It was my sisters birthday and I live in a different country I was recommended this site by a friend but sadly the size of the bouquet was small and not like the picture. I ordered large but was she recieved was definitely startled size . Very disappointing”

“Even when I thought my bouquet sent to my sister had been lost , the communication with your customer service was amazing . With help from you sending photos over we were able to find out exactly where the flowers had been dropped off - thank you so much .”

“Ordered flowers for my friend to be deliverd at her work place. The flowers were delivered at 8.56pm!!!! Tracked the delivery throughout the day but changed last minute more than once. Went from 4.45pm to 5.15pm to unspecified to actually arrange at 9 in the evening. Ruined my surprise. What a waste of time and money this was! Should have read the reviews 🙄”

“Really easy compared to other flower sites, to change delivery day for my order. Quick email, very quick response and it was done. My aunt was there to receive them and loved the bouquet. Also a nice touch having the free chocolates.”
