“First time I’ve used EFlorist and would definitely use again. Ordering and paying online was so easy to follow with a good variety of flowers to choose from. Delivery went ahead as ordered and the recipient was delighted with her bouquet and chocolates. Thank you to all”

“Totally appalling , I had to chase them on day of delivery only to be told that they couldn’t make the delivery that day , this was late afternoon wouldn’t use again.”

“Really easy compared to other flower sites, to change delivery day for my order. Quick email, very quick response and it was done. My aunt was there to receive them and loved the bouquet. Also a nice touch having the free chocolates.”

“I have used EFlorist a number of times with beautiful flowers arriving on time. A week ago an order was delivered to the wrong location and it was only by checking with my friend that I discovered she had not received her planted roses and chocolates. I contacted Customer Services via email on their site on Saturday and the very next day my friend received her plant and chocolates on Sunday.”

“The flowers were fine but it was delived at 5pm on a Saturday to a neighbours house without informing me! The flowers were a surprise for my wife on our first wedding anniversary so a very poor service. Would not use again.”

“Firstly, I was told I would get an email from the courier on the morning of the delivery but I didn't. I had paid the extra money for guaranteed delivery but no confirmation. I thought the worst, that the flowers would not get delivered for our wedding anniversary, so bought another bunch. Got back home to find the flowers on my doorstep with no confirmation of delivery. Secondly, when I opened the box, several of the stems where snapped, so those flowers died after a day or two so we had to remove them which made the bouquet look small. I paid £49 for the white rose bouquet and £7 delivery. Very disappointed and will never use Eflorist again. Mark Green.”

“I paid six weeks earlier than I needed them my delivery was for my soon to be 81 year old sister to surprise her on her birthday but instead she received nothing until three days afterwards, this made me very upset and disappointed the only reason you get three stars is because the flowers themselves were apparently beautiful I don’t get to see them as my sister lives over 200 miles from me. So shame on you!”

“Ordered on a Friday night for a delivery the next day. Received confirmation that delivery would be made on the Saturday, however didn’t turn up until the Tuesday. Was told that because the order was later than expected, the flowers would be sent “in bud” so that they’d be fresher for longer, the flowers that turned up, barely last two days!”

“Always good service, arrive on time and receive updates when it is out for delivery. Flowers arrive in bud so look small when arrive but makes them last longer and look fuller each day”
