“Flowers turned up on time, but the roses had seen better days, was sent another bunch same as the first . Customer service was very good and nice but will not be using them anymore.”

“Excellent customer services, had to change delivery date and it was done without any problem to the required day. Flowers are very good and last for past a week. Have used E florist several times and will definitely keep using them as quality and price are unbeatable.”

“I was so disappointed in my order It was my sisters birthday and I live in a different country I was recommended this site by a friend but sadly the size of the bouquet was small and not like the picture. I ordered large but was she recieved was definitely startled size . Very disappointing”

“Ordered flowers for my friend to be deliverd at her work place. The flowers were delivered at 8.56pm!!!! Tracked the delivery throughout the day but changed last minute more than once. Went from 4.45pm to 5.15pm to unspecified to actually arrange at 9 in the evening. Ruined my surprise. What a waste of time and money this was! Should have read the reviews 🙄”
