“I was slightly disappointed when the recipient sent me a photo of how many flowers were there, but delivered on time and in good condition. I would try again as this is the only one I have been disapointed in out of a few.”

“The first time I used eflorist the recipient was thrilled said they were beautiful. She sent me a picture & they were lovely. I had no hesitation in ordering again for another relative. Agin the flowers were lovely and were again delivered on day requested. These flowers get better every day as you watch them open and unfold. They obviously take care in choosing and packing the flowers. They are now my go to florist.”

“The bouquet I ordered was nothing like the picture , I chose the large £50 vintage bouquet and received nothing like the image. Sent a email saying I wasn’t happy but just got a generic response back. It wasn’t that they had used replacement flowers it was the fact the size I received with the amount of flowers in them was no where near what I had paid for”
