“What went right you mean! Absoloutley appalled with everything. When I placed my order; a flower bouquet for an elderly and frail family friend, who had been unwell, I wasn't sure about doing it online as this was my first time, and it will definately be my last. First if all, an error was made with the door number of the address; I'm not sure how this happened, but that's why I prefer talking to someone on a phone; call me old fashioned, but at least a human can communicate. But as soon as I had realised there was an error, I could only email the customer services, which I did immediately! However, despite eflorists being informed within minutes of the order being placed that there was a mistake with the door number, and despite the fact that the flowers were not due to be delivered until the next day, they refused to do anything about it! Absoloutley useless, furthermore no flowers were even delivered to the wrong door number because I checked!”

“The flowers arrived on time and were lovely BUT no free chocolates as stated on the order . As this was a gift to another part of the country I was not aware of this until later . disappointing”

“The same day delivery had not arrived by day 3 after I'd placed the order and there was no communication forthcoming to tell me that the flowers were not going to be delivered because the order hadn't been processed properly. I wasn't offered a refund until I asked for one. Very disappointed. On the positive side, the response to my message was quick and the money (@£60) was refunded swiftly (hence the second star). Perhaps I was just unlucky.”

“Hi I was very disappointed when my family sent me a photo of the flowers I had ordered they where nothing like the photo on the web complete different I do understand flowers are seasonal You could have told me my choice was not available and I would have chosen differently the flowers I believe they where very nice but not what we would have chosen for the price paid Regards joan lynch Australia”

“I purchased flowers for a birthday surprise. Had I known they were to be delivered in a normal parcel run by Amazon I would not have bought them. They arrived at 5.25pm - not what I was expecting. The flowers were dry, wilting, unattractive and totally ruined as a lovely surprise, presumably having been in the back of a van all day. I have no doubt they were fine when they left, but I am sad to say would never risk EFlorist again because of this.”
