“The flowers arrived on time and were lovely BUT no free chocolates as stated on the order . As this was a gift to another part of the country I was not aware of this until later . disappointing”

“The same day delivery had not arrived by day 3 after I'd placed the order and there was no communication forthcoming to tell me that the flowers were not going to be delivered because the order hadn't been processed properly. I wasn't offered a refund until I asked for one. Very disappointed. On the positive side, the response to my message was quick and the money (@£60) was refunded swiftly (hence the second star). Perhaps I was just unlucky.”

“Hi I was very disappointed when my family sent me a photo of the flowers I had ordered they where nothing like the photo on the web complete different I do understand flowers are seasonal You could have told me my choice was not available and I would have chosen differently the flowers I believe they where very nice but not what we would have chosen for the price paid Regards joan lynch Australia”

“I purchased flowers for a birthday surprise. Had I known they were to be delivered in a normal parcel run by Amazon I would not have bought them. They arrived at 5.25pm - not what I was expecting. The flowers were dry, wilting, unattractive and totally ruined as a lovely surprise, presumably having been in the back of a van all day. I have no doubt they were fine when they left, but I am sad to say would never risk EFlorist again because of this.”

“The first time I used eflorist the recipient was thrilled said they were beautiful. She sent me a picture & they were lovely. I had no hesitation in ordering again for another relative. Agin the flowers were lovely and were again delivered on day requested. These flowers get better every day as you watch them open and unfold. They obviously take care in choosing and packing the flowers. They are now my go to florist.”

“The bouquet I ordered was nothing like the picture , I chose the large £50 vintage bouquet and received nothing like the image. Sent a email saying I wasn’t happy but just got a generic response back. It wasn’t that they had used replacement flowers it was the fact the size I received with the amount of flowers in them was no where near what I had paid for”
