“I sent flowers to my mother-in-law for her birthday last week. She loved them and said they were a beautiful floral arrangement. I arranged delivery on her birthday, so it was perfect and a welcoming surprise for her as we live far from each other. She loved the chocolates too! Great service as always. I love flowers, they make you feel happy and loved. We all deserve our flowers don’t we ladies! Thank you very much.”

“Shocked at difference between website photo of the bouquet order and the reality of what arrived. I feel very ripped off. Just see the photos and there is no comparison. Will never use them again.”

“First set of flowers left in foyer and never delivered direct to flat. Address on box confusing. Not sure whose fault that was Turned up three days later flowers wilted A moist wrapping around flower stem base may have helped. A second bunch dispatched without charge. Flowers were very nice. Hence my rating”

“I sent flowers to my friend who I used to work with to say I missed her and to cheer her up, as she is going through a tough time at the moment. She was delighted with them and they bought a tear to her eyes. They cheered her up as well, she said they were beautiful. Thank you for your speedy service.
