“I put the order in two days before my mum’s birthday. The flowers failed to arrive and I got no notice of such…nothing at all. I had to phone and chase until eventually someone from eflorist told me they would not be delivered because of a‘technical error’. No compensation, no apologetic phone call…shocking!!”

“Not many flowers for the price, and most arrived snapped and broken. Will not be using eflorist again. I will use Interflora as they give better value for money and deliver healthy flowers.”

“Used their services twice. Reliable. Flowers last pretty long and look pretty bouquet!!!! The inly issue is you don't see what is the difference between small medium or large bouquet (how many flowers... size) when we pass the order. Would use them again. Good quality good price”

“I sent flowers to my mother-in-law for her birthday last week. She loved them and said they were a beautiful floral arrangement. I arranged delivery on her birthday, so it was perfect and a welcoming surprise for her as we live far from each other. She loved the chocolates too! Great service as always. I love flowers, they make you feel happy and loved. We all deserve our flowers don’t we ladies! Thank you very much.”
