“Awful customer service. Did not receive my order and tracking is pretty much nonexistent. When emailed, they give BS copy/paste responses. Scammers 100%”
“First time ordering from them and less than 2 weeks later had a $200 charge from walmart.com on the credit card I used to pay. And it's a card I use maybe a couple times a year max so not many companies have my card info. Stay away from these people, they are criminals.”
“The experience was not good for me. It’s because their checkout procedures are unclear and it re directs you to input more information after it has already placed a hold for the transaction on your card. Then when you enter the requested information it re directs you to process payment again (it is misleading to the eye) then it processes your payment again. The original hold will fall off your card transactions as their policy stated (after the fact I read this) I did get my refund. I caught this trap before I processed the payment a 2nd time so luckily I just got my money back in 10 days and won’t further deal with the company after experiencing this feeling like they tried to trick me. This would be very inconvenient and costly especially if one didn’t have extra funds in the bank. ALL info must be submitted correctly including matching name address and phone numbers to correspond with your payment method, if not then you will have trouble. I think these guys are getting a bad rep due to the payment processing format and people not understanding behind the scenes safety measures and or not reading all disclosures beforehand. Fixing payment format/ options with clear instructions before placing money hold on card would most definitely help this company survive. Customer friendly checkout experience would have made me a returning customer I’m sure.”
“I wish I could give a negative star to these people. I placed an order and paid the extra money for rapid delivery and that was eight days ago and I paid for a two day shipment. I contacted the company the company said sorry your package was left here and once it leaves here we have no control over anything. We will not be refunding your money for your purchase nor will we offer to replace the package. I will now find a new company to work with. I will also give this company a negative review for anybody that asked me should I use this company or how do I feel about this company.”

“I never received my order. I have been waiting for 7 days for a 2 day order. Checked my tracking and found out it was stuck at a UPS location far from my house. I called UPS to figure out what happened and they said it was an error with the address and that they merchant would have to call to fix it.
I contacted eightvape through there contact form (no phone support, no email apparently) and asked them to call UPS and get it straightened out. All I got back was a message saying they won't do that. I then asked them for a refund and I got a message back saying they can't refund my money until they get the package back. I have no control over this. It's literally sitting in a black hole over at the UPS center waiting for someone to come pick it up.
No package, no refund, no phone support! No more business from me!”

“Got Aegis Legend Geek Vape, worked just under 2 weeks, came without batteries, (did not say that on web page, but apparently it does now. Yes i went back at the page and looked all over, it did not say batteries not included, I thought I was getting a kit) ordered batteries and tank giving benefit of the doubt. Then it only worked 2 weeks and I contacted them they said it was not their problem. (They refused to reply when I ask twice where the batteries were) then replied to tell me a faulty product, that I couldn't even use till I got batteries ordered, was not their problem.
