I ordered menthol and they send me regular and said that is what I ordered but I didn't I don't like the regular,they changed my order and tell me that is it no exchange or refunds.Don't even try to order the Heisenberg menthol because this place are con artist and switch order on you to regular and your stuck with stuff you don't like.

I got my order today and one of my item came in a container and the seal was broken and the vape juice bottle was opened,I emailed them and no response!

Awful. Please NEVER order from this place. I ordered 5 boxes of the exact same coils. I received 5 boxes that looked the same and were marked the same, but 3 of them had different coils inside (same manufacturer but different type coils). I let them know and at first they said it wasn’t possible and then after many emails with picture proof provided to them, they said it was not their responsibility and I should take it up with the manufacturer. They would not exchange or refund. So basically I am stuck with coils I cannot use and I am out $30. Needless to say it took forever to get even that response from them. I had to send a number of emails, posts on social media, etc. to get that response. They spoke to me as if I was scamming them, but I got scammed. They just don’t care. Buyer beware!

This place absolutely sucks! Seriously buyers beware! This place has absolutely no customer care service or morals when it comes to holding them accountable for something they did wrong! Honestly they just play the waiting game and they hope you get sick of it all and give up! DON'T FALL INTO THE TRAP OF "WELL THEY HAVE THE BEST PRICE POINTS" there is a reason they do.... it's because they rob so many people blind without a care in the world, they can afford to lower their prices! When your making 100% profit off robbing people it's easy to put lower price points!!! Trust me please I'm actually begging you here...go and spend $1-3 dollars more per item at a different site like Direct Vapor, My Vapor Store, or Element Vape and get exactly what you paid for! In all honesty and transparency I did have one order at Element Vape that was a little bit messed up, but they did there job and after two emails within a twenty four hour period they had it completely fixed! I spent over one month dealing with Eight Vape over $147.00 order and still hasn't ever been resolved. It took them thirteen days to even send me the first email response back from them! When it comes down to it you get what you pay for and if you like there low price points be prepared to get no customer care service for that price point when they screw up! I will continue to talk about this story to as many vapors I know till the day I die to keep as many people as I can away from them, because if I can help someone from experiencing the headache I did then maybe I can someday feel better about this whole experience! In the end by saving someone else their time and money I feel like I got some of my $147.00 back.

I love Eightvape, great prices and they were they only place that I could find coils needed with Covid-19 going on. I messaged them and they got back to me right away. I ordered coils from 3 other places trying to get any replacements I could. Eightvape was the ONLY one that actually sent them and had them in stock when they said they did. I’ve ordered from them many times and never have a had any issues.

Was a customer for 2 years n spent hundreds of dollars. The first time I had a problem with an order I contacted customer support and they did nothing to compensate me for the issue I had. I wasted my time with emails back n forth getting nowhere! Worst customer service n will never deal with them again, too many others to buy from online

Nothing but games with this company ive been ordering here a long time spend over 100$ here weekly and the juice i ordered never came so i asked if i could get a refund they told me its usps' fault and they are not liable and that i need to pay extra for them to be liable they add policies to there website weekly so they are not liable for anything i have zero trust for these people

My first few orders were great last year. My new latest Feb 2020 order has taken over 12 days and I still don't have it despite paying delivery guarantee and express shipping. Its only juice!!! if it was out of stock or something they never told me that .. So still waiting for it and think I won't be using them again. So sorry!!

Slow shipping and when you do receive your product (I only ordered a bottle of juice) and it had a defective cap from the manufacturer and when I received it only had aprx 20% left in the bottle and EIGHT VAPE blew off my emails and did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING about the situation. I'll stick with Myvpro, Freedom Smokes, Eliminate Vape companies with exilent customer service if there is a problem.

Buyer beware! They have had so many problems with shipping that they are now forcing customers to purchase a shipping guarantee. Wrong items were sent. Pictures were sent as proof. No response to emails or phone calls. It has been well over a month. I lost $120.

BUYER BEWARE. I got a totally incorrect order, followed protocol per their website for returns (submitted a "ticket" online), sent photos of my incorrect items, and...that was it. It's been OVER A MONTH and I haven't heard a thing. I've sent email replies asking for updates on my return/refund, nothing. Messaged them on Facebook and Instagram (both of which are VERY busy with new posts - those people should be channeling their time into actual customer support), NADA. I wouldn't recommend buying from them. Garbage customer support, money down the drain.

This place is the biggest joke! They sent me the wrong coils and pretty much told me, "too bad". I order Cleito Pro Coils and they sent me Cleito coils and told me they will fit? WTF? Run away from this company as fast as you can. They have a ridiculous chat window on their website that serves no purpose other than to annoy people as nobody is ever online to answer questions. This place is an absolute joke! Here was their response to sending me the wrong coils: "We apologize that you have received items that are not up to your expectations. Unfortunately the following are final sale items and are unable to be tested for defects due to health, safety, and legal reasons; we are unable to accept them as returns. We do not accept returns of all e-liquids (pods), tanks, coils, batteries or opened/used items. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause. The coils sent out to you should fit as advertised. If you feel your item may be defective we recommend contacting the manufacturer as they may be able to better assist."

I've ordered from them several times and all other than one I've gotten my order within 3-4 days. This last time I ordered a item that was out of stock. After a few days I reached out seeing that the order was in stand still. John let me know that the MOD was out of stock and that we could refund that part or I could select another MOD. I actually selected a MOD that was a little more as far as money. I offered to pay the difference but John said not to worry about it due to the delay. These guys already have the best prices on the WEB so I was really surprised that I didn't have to pay the difference. I will continue to order fro EightVape for life! Not every order is going to be prefect the fact he/they made it right was all I needed..... Thanks again EV you have a customer for life!

Pleasantly surprised by this site. Extremely cheap prices and shipping wasn’t bad at all. I got nervous because it was so cheap. It actually got to my house 4 days after purchase, faster then any other site I’ve used and cheaper shipping then any others to go along with cheaper all around prices. This was a great experience, highly recommend!!!

The prices are good. They dont scam you interms of product quality... but i did notice their slow AF in shipping my order .... the only way i could imagine it is eightvape is runned by a single individual who does everything on his own... so it takes forover to get your stuff if he has lost of stuff to do... n life could possibly inhibit things from happening at times.... but so far ok i still got my stuff and yah i know its taking long but good thing i had that in mind when i bought my stuff last time... i ordered some stuff b4 nye and now its been more then two weeks n its coming on the 14th... so id say three weeks for delivery

This used to be a great company in the past however they have changed. They no longer have a phone customer service line and everything has to go through a ticket system which is prioritized in order the tickets come in. I ordered 5 items two weeks ago and since that time my order still says unfulfilled. I cannot get a response from them yet they took my money. I will never again order from this company.

I ordered a load of e-liquid from eightvape on January 2nd and it arrived from Las Vagas, USA to the UK in 4 days, everything I ordered was there. I can't comment on the customer service as I have not had to contact them. I will be ordering again.

I have ordered from EightVape at least 10 times, and never once experienced a problem with my order. You absolutely cannot beat their prices - so happy with their customer service!
