Don't listen to everything you hear on here. I just ordered from EightVape and was extremely happy with the process. I got exactly what I ordered in a timely manner with continuous email prompts. Also, they had overwhelming better prices than anywhere! Thats why I picked them!

They sent me the wrong color of a mod. Phone calls to them are met by a ten minute hold then a "full" voicemail box. I opened a ticket (says expect a reply in 24 hours) and a week later had received NO response. I opened a second ticket and they did actually reply asking for a picture of the incorrect item I sent that the next day and again received NO reply. I tried one last time ANOTHER week later and NO reply. I am now in the process of charging back the item via my card company. (their anemic initial response to the chargeback was a copy of the invoice and that it was delivered - that is entirely NOT the issue, yes they sent SOMETHING, just the WRONG thing)

I ordered from this company and after sending me the wrong items they then refused to refund or replace my order. The items they sent are not even listed on their website so it was quite obviously a mistake on their part.

Ordered 2 mods, juice and 2 sets of batteries. Was shipped fast along with updates on shipping. However I was missing one set of batteries. Made a ticket, emailed asking about the missing batteries and got an email saying that the warehouse would look into it. Made another ticket and no response. Tried to call and no answer. Left a message with my number asking about the missing batteries. Still no response. Very disappointed because of the reasonable prices but will NOT be doing business with them again.

Customer service is AWFUL. Never get a reply. I paid my own shipping to send back a faulty vape months ago still haven’t got my replacement. I’ve always paid shipping for my products and numerous times I’ve tried to contact customer service but never get a reply. Now this last time I paid $20 Canadian for shipping, that’s all it’s ever been. Then I get an email because they want another $18.34 CAD for import charges that were never mentioned nor have they ever been charged before and guess what ? Customer service won’t reply as always

Never had a problem. I understand it may take up to a week or so to get shipped to me. The prices are awesome just wish the shipping was free. Never had a problem. Thank u 8vape. Please keep selling ur juice. Ur #1 customer lol Manda.

This company is a scam. They shipped me a different product than what was ordered, then told me there was nothing they could do about it. Total fraud

If you have an issue with your purchase and want to return it, you can forget about it. I've been trying to return a mod I purchased from this company for 3 weeks now. I have contacted customer service twice now and have been hung up on both times. I've created two tickets from their site with zero response, and I messaged on their Facebook page and ended up with the usual dead silence. I'm unbelievably disappointed with the lack of communication and awful customer service. Terrible company to work with if you have an issue with a purchase

Stay away!!!! I have been calling eight vape now for two days straight I asked them to contact me back about my order. I put in two tickets and yet no answer. Horrible customer service stay away and I have yet to have my orders fulfilled. How can you round a business like this? Stay away order from eciggerateempire.com. There’s always someone willing to help you via email or phone call.

Absolutely worst customer service ever. Before you order, go ahead and call their CS number. It’s just music that never stops. Nothing about your place in line, no someone will be with you shortly message, just music.

We placed an order, we never received it, the post office delivered it to someone else's address, so when we finally got in contact with someone from eightvape (Sean) he said to give it til 2pm and then call him back and he said, "we'll figure it out together". After 2pm I called back when I finally received someone, Mecca said, "unfortunately there's nothing we can do you should have read our shipping policy, we don't do inquiries with the USPS, that's up to you!" I then asked her if I could talk with Sean, Mecca said, "he's under me so everything goes thru me I make the final decision! But, if you really want to talk to him I'll have him call you back." Really, no compassion for their customers, we were just asking for a little help with finding out where our package ended up. We weren't asking for a refund or replacement we just thought they might have a better time at finding out where our package was! I guess they figure everyone is a thief because it said it was delivered. They got their money so they're not caring what they're customers are going thru. Mecca said, once they figure out what happened to our package we could place another order with them. Yeah, right I will never give them anymore of my money. If you don't care about your customers, there is no hope, and you don't deserve ours or anybody else's business. So beware if you don't mind poor customer service and you don't mind spending your money and not receiving your product for a company that don't have your back this is your place. If you care about great customer service, feel like a company should have your back and make you feel like your important to them and their survival in this business depends on us the paying customers for keeping their doors open this definitely isn't the place. Unsatisfied, distraught, and purely disappointed.

What a joke. I have defective equipment that I just ordered. I contacted customer service and a few days later I get an email that says they switched to a new service to handle customer service. Then I had to sign up for the new service. After signing up for that service it says eightvape is cannot be found. I have spent a lot of money on many different sites and always had luck when I needed to return or exchange an item. I absolutely would not order from this site. If they will contact me back. If EightVape would like to resolve the issue then I would be happy to amend my rating. My order # is Order EV606321

Its a scam AVOID AT ALL COSTS, they never ship your order asking for additional information, never respond to your additional information and never make refund. they literally steal your money

First time buyer, I actually have read the bad reviews about the company but thought what the hell let's try $12 juice, OK let me start they have a quick response customer service to direct you to USPS without taking the blame for anything, ordered about a week ago ,my package stuck in transit and ended up in a different state ,never mind the $12 I'll get it back through my bank but if u really wanna get scammed and getting your stuff not shipped to you by all means order from these guys

I placed an order. May 2nd it shipped, I never got it and today is the 16th I have emailed 10 times and have the emails. I got one email back and I will post it at the bottom of this. I have had a couple of calls after doing reviews from millka she is ongoing rude, She said on one call when I ask to speak to her boss or the owner they are above my pay grade, then she called to fuss telling me that she didn't say that however one of the other people did lmao she said she pulled the call I said yes I would like that because it is discriminating against me not having had the same income of the owner. I am stressed I don't have the 150. to reorder and I truly and sick of waiting. there is so much more I could add but the point is I am unable to get any good customer care from eightvape sadly they went way downhill. I am posting what the supervisor wrote to me. mind you, I have proof I was shipped no e fluid. Hello my name is Miika and I will be helping you today.
