Customer Service is awesome! I ordered a good number of products and ultimately the package was never delivered by the 3rd party delivery service.

Delivery was fast but some of my pods were incorrect. I submitted a form to customer service and received a reply within a few hours notifying me the correct pods were on the way. Excellent customer service!!

Absolute trash. They won't accept any returns, even if the merchandise arrives damaged. If you reverse changes to your CC, they will sit on it for 30 days until you are absolutely outside of the window of returns (even if they allowed it), ensuring you loose money and are screwed. Stay away.

Now Element says I have to wait until product returns to them for a refund which took 3 weeks to get here.

REVISED *** BEWARE OF PRODUCTS AT THIS PLACE - Day 2 review trying to get a refund or store credit for their product that came completely DEAD - and they know this product may come dead because I've told them before and other reviews said the same thing -The New policy is now , who cares if you do business here all the time, good luck getting a refund on a 21.

Had a minor issue and got a speedy response from support. The issue was assessed and by having provided proper documentation, it was resolved within an hour or two. Great customer service and prices. I highly recommend EV!
