“I have bought a-few products from this brand as I have very dry skin,I must say The Pro collagen Marine Cream is a miracle, as I applied to my checks I felt relived straight away, my skin has been feeling firm and much less tighter, hydrated and I feel no irritation at all, I loved the light smell of this cream,I have been suffering with Rosacea and have been looking for a day time cream and now I have found the right product for my skin to look even more beautiful.i am looking forward to try the SPF cream which is next on my list.you can purchase a small tube of this product see if it’s as good as I say, there are also larger sizes available once this cream becomes your friend. Thankyou Elemis for making my skin feel better and making me feel comfortable with my skin again.”

“Exceptional quality products and very beautiful packaging. A bit pricey but you get over your money's worth in quality and they last much longer. I bought the frangipani monoi gift set and have also expanded my collection. My best buy is the cleansing balm OMG its the best thing ever!”

“thank you so much for such amazing customer service. Sophie ward was dealing with my query and I have to say this lady deserves a medal she’s so so lovely and goes out of her way to help. Not once but twice. And I can’t thank her enough. She’s made my year it’s been tough, and the samples I received are amazing such beautiful quality I love elemis products. I’d love to keep using there products not sure if I could afford them tho 😂😂 but elemis pls feel free to send me anymore free samples or trials you may have I’d happily test and review your products ❤️❤️❤️”

“Ordered easily, payment went through easily and my goods arrived quickly only down side was the packaging was over sized for what I ordered, was boxed lovely but could have been 1/4 of the size of box used. Happy with my products though lol”

“I love the Elemis products in general. My first consultation was very informative as the staff had all the knowledge of the product. The advice made after a detailed skin lab test has helped improve my skin a lot in all aspects. I have hooked and am sure will stick to the product for a lifetime now.”

“I did not have a good experience with the Elemis brand at all. The sensitive balm made my already sensitive skin worse, which for the price of the product is really unacceptable! It also made my blocked pores even worse. I wouldn’t recommend the brand to ANYONE with sensitive skin. (Stay away and save your money)”

“Shocking customer service. Ordered 2X ultra Rich crème with $200 complimentary gift bag for $297. When package arrived, both cremes were missing. Impossible to find a way to contact, finally found live chat, filled in missing order form, no response. Followed up, was told item was out of stock, they had sent me a replacement item (which was a tiny ultra rich gift pack). Website did not show out of stock, nor was I notified or given a choice in the alternative (which was significantly under the value of original purchase). I believe they just made this up, as when I again contacted them (a different customer service representative each time), they then asked if package was damaged. I said no, was refused a refund. I had to continue for weeks to explain this was against Australian consumer law, finally was told it would be refunded, in writing only to receive yet another email to say no refund, offered me a $30 voucher 🫨. I gave up, lodged a fraud investigation with bank and when they were aware of this, they said if you cease the investigation we will refund. Absolute nightmare.”

“I ordered 2 items an I applied a discount code, which didn't work I! Sent email regarding this an received a automated reply saying they would answer within a few days?That was 8 days ago ??? Also phoned the number on my confirmation email ,number not in use ???? So how do u get in touch with Elemis terrible customer service, I have told friends &family not to buy from Elemis as they falsely advertise discount codes that do t work , disgusting customer service.”

“I’ve been a loyal Elemis customer for 4 years now, because I truly enjoy their products, but am finally ready to quit them because of their horrible customer service. They not only take more than A MONTH to get back to me the last 3 times I’ve inquired about a simple pricing/promo issue, but when I do finally hear from them, they totally disregarded my questions/issues and basically sent me a lame generic response. For example, their response to my question about purchasing something that had a lower price a day later was: ‘Unfortunately at Elemis.com we offer various offers on different occasions and they vary all the time.’ Any other retailers would have adjusted the price within a week of purchase. I feel like Elemis need to get their damn marketing and customer service act together otherwise they will be losing a lot more loyal customers, or maybe they simply just don’t care! La Mer here I come!”
