I was annoyed that 1) I was charged an additional $2.25 for shipping insurance that I did not request and only $2.02 was refunded to me after I wrote an email. I thought that amount was odd. I was pleased, however, to get a quick response to my email.
2) Secondly, every time I go to the site, there is a 10% discount offer advertised, if you share your email address. I shared my email address and never got the 10% discount offer. I was reminded of that today when I went to the site to search for hair bundles.”
“I am very impressed with their shipping responses but, unfortunately, the colors don't match what it says it is. I have a lot that I ordered but can not use them.
I hate to say that I am diverting my attention to more of what fits my liking.”
“Have had issues receiving items from them previously (lost in post and took 6 months to be compensated). This time, my item was delivered to the wrong address and when I queried it, they were incredibly dismissive. Luckily I was able to find the package with my neighbour. However, the international postage arrived much quicker than expected.”
