“I recently purchased an item from Elevate Styles and it took 2 weeks for them to ship it and then receive it. After receiving the item, I decided I didn't like it and sent it back. The whole time I was communicating with customer service and they were helpful and answered all my questions. It did take a long time to receive my refund and I didn't even get a full refund which was disappointing.”

I was annoyed that 1) I was charged an additional $2.25 for shipping insurance that I did not request and only $2.02 was refunded to me after I wrote an email. I thought that amount was odd. 2) Secondly, every time I go to the site, there is a 10% discount offer advertised, if you share your email address. I shared my email address and never got the 10% discount offer. I was reminded of that today when I went to the site to search for hair bundles.”
