“The hair was beautiful. The elastic that goes from side to side for extra holding power was sewed incorrectly. One elastic was sewed to the back the other elastic was at the top therefoe I could not use the elastic for holding the wig down. Very disappointed.”

“I recently purchased an item from Elevate Styles and it took 2 weeks for them to ship it and then receive it. After receiving the item, I decided I didn't like it and sent it back. The whole time I was communicating with customer service and they were helpful and answered all my questions. It did take a long time to receive my refund and I didn't even get a full refund which was disappointing.”
