“Earings were excellent quality. I waited two weeks after ordering and had to chase for an update. They were out of stock but an admin error meant I wasn't informed. However when I contacted them via instant chat it was resolved within an hour and I received them the following day plus an extra gift to apologies. Mistakes happen but excellent service to respond. Will definitely shop with them again”

“Great service and communication - arrived in time. The gold however rubs off pretty quickly, 2 months of frequent wear which isnt great for £45.”

Hi Katie, Thank-you for your valued feedback. I’m really disappointed that the gold has rubbed off quite quickly on your ring. The piece you had was our standard gold plating from the everyday collection. We are actually in the process of upgrading all our collections to vermeil gold or 14k gold filled so the plating will be much thicker on all our pieces and will wear very well and last a long time. I would love you to try a piece from our new collection when it arrives. I am sure you will be very impressed! A team member will be in contact, to organise a replacement of your current ring. “I made an order as a birthday present for a dear friend. The earrings came on time and initially I wasn't pleased with the box which I ordered. I was contacted by Coco Mango and they confirmed there was an issue with it and quickly sent me the box for the earrings. I would like to say a big thank you for the prompt response and for sending me the gift box. I would definitely recommend Coco Mango to friends and family.”

Hello, It seems as tho you did not receive the luxury gift box as per your order and just the standard postage box as our gift boxes are very strong and sturdy. We are ever so sorry about this we have had new members of staff start recently and they must of made a mistake when packing your order. We will refund this cost back to you ASAP. “I have bought multiple items from Coco Mango every piece is beautiful and well made. I wear two of the earring sets I bought everyday. I will continue to buy from this store as long as I have disposable income! Orders are all packaged very nicely with keepsafe bags that can house the earrings when not in use. Very reliable company and I love the shop!”
