“I couldn’t recommend Ella Palm enough. Their jewellery is high quality and extremely long lasting. I’ve had my Alexandra necklace for almost two years now and wear it everyday and still in prefect condition. Customer service provided to me was outstanding. Response was really quick and Lucy was super polite and helpful.”

“Lovely design, poor quality, poor customer service I placed my order in Jan and didn't receive the product for 2 weeks. I contact them (by several means) and realised that the parcel was lost. They send me a new one, which is faulty. So I asked for a refund, and it's been 2 weeks since I confirmed my returned product has been received, no one replies my email.”

Hello, Sorry to hear you have been having a lack of response from our team. Some of our staff were on annual leave for the last 2 weeks due to the holidays so we have been very short staffed. “I ordered for the first time one week ago. I had an issue with the delivery address but they sorted it right away. The Courtney earrings are also really nice. I would definitely recommend ordering with them.”

“I bought a beautiful bracelet that unfortunately the clasp broke not long after purchasing it. I contacted customer services and they couldn’t have been more kind and helpful. I sent a photo of the broken bracelet and they offered to send out a replacement which I have received swiftly. Fantastic customer service, I would definitely recommend.”

“A few weeks after my wife received her pearl bracelet it broke. A new one was sent within a few days without question. Very impressive. I am sure the breakage was a one-off because my wife has several other products from Ella Palm which are holding out perfectly. Many thanks.”
