“There was a small hole in the back of one. There was a few areas on the seam of one which were not sewn. Some of the Sequences fell off of all three. Threads were left hanging. The impression I got from these garments were that they were rejects not sale items. I own Elvi T-Shirts which were purchased in a retail outlet. Hence I purchased online. Never again. I didn't return the purchases because the trouble of doing so would be greater than the money involved. However, I will not be purchasing online from Elvi again.”

“I sent for 2 items as they were not suitable I sent them back altogether it cost me £7 to send back plus £4.99 £12 all in with nothing to show for it,that was last year but this year Instead of a box it came in a parcel I would think that would be cheaper to send back but thankfuly kept the things I sent for this year thanking you Lily Quinn”

“The Elvi website is very easy to use and the choice of product is good. Customer services, on the rare occasion I have had to ring, are helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. The clothes are good quality - sizes are not always consistent but I am generally delighted with them.”

“I am very happy to order from Elvi online, its easy and good delivery. The clothes are well made and true to size. If you have to ring for information they are very helpful at the end of the phone. All in all a five star experience.”

“The garment was too large, a bit of a surprize as I many Elvi garments in my wardrobe and know my size. Also the top button was misaligned creating a bulge. I had to return it and I am still waiting for the smaller size to arrive I am waiting to see if this is any better.”

“I love clothes from Elvi - they fit beautifully and the fabrics are feminine and comfortable. The clothes work well for both business and leisure and its easy to mix an d match key pieces to create a really good effect. I often get complemented on my clothes when I'm wearing Elvi designs - the cut and styles help me to feel slimmer, and look slimmer but elegant at the same time. The service is excellent! And the prices are great!”

“I live in Australia and my parcel was dispatched on Monday and I received it early on Thursday. I couldn*t believe it. However, for some reason this time size 20 varied quite a bit and two of the camis I bought are far too tight. I have been buying Elvi products for nearly 20 years (I used go to your shops in Worthing or Brighton the day after I arrived on trips home and I still have dresses from then) because I knew Elvi products were the tops and the sizing excellent. Thank goodness for on line shopping!!”

“My bargain of the summer; a lovely 'go anywhere' dress. It's slightly flared and soft and so moves nicely and in a colour combination (greys,reds,white) that you can accessorise really easily and, best of all ,it was in the sale!”

“Hi The items arrived very quickly, so good quality but unfortunately it is far too tight, so therefore a problem with the sizing. I will just have to go on a diet to go down 2 sizes to fit into it comfortably.”

“It is 4 months since I ordered an item from you,I find quality mixed,I prefer better quality fabrics that suit a curvy figure.I used to buy a lot of clothes from Elvi in store as they were quality and fashionable now I find them frumpy and cheap and nasty,I prefer to buy better quality clothing,fortunately I don't just have to buy from Big sizes websites which you have become another Evans I am afraid.”
