“Very good quick delivery. Items beautifully packed and crease free. Quality better than expected. Only problem was fit. Sleeves far to wide and long...and I don't have trouble with sleeves usually.”

“I was advised the item was dispatched on 9th June and it has still not arrived. There is no tracking information and in this day and age I do not think that is acceptable when you are paying post and package. there are other companies like taking shape that offer free next day delivery yet Elvi charge for the delivery and then take ages to deliver. Not impressed”

“I Have been a customer of ELVI for many years and have a high respect and affection for the company; the lovely staff when there was a shop available and the efficiency of the online service but most of all for the very good quality of the garments. They are always well made from good material and stylish. I wish the company well and will continue to check out your website first when looking for an outfit.”

“Since I found this website for Elvi I have had a wonderful time each time I have logged on. I was an avid customer of Elvi when I was able to shop personally in their store in Aberdeen and was delighted to find them online now I am unable to get to the shops. The Elvi store in Aberdeen has closed now and quite a few of my friends have said what a wonderful store it was. The website is easy to operate, the choice of garments is huge, the delivery service is good and the clothes ordered are always beautifully packed. I am able to hang them up immediately and take my time to decide whether they are suitable. The only downside I have found is the length of leg available in trousers. They are all 30" and, as my inside leg measures 27" I have to spend extra to have them shortened. I have had three pairs so far and all have been shortened. Thank you Elvi for access to well made and well presented garments.”

“I only found out about you though your shop in Sutton Coldfield closing.The range of clothes cover all times of day and has outfits for a special occassion.i am glad you have an internet site”

“Product was perfect. I live in the Republic of Ireland and delivery was most unsatisfactory - it took 10 emails to finally have it delivered! I suggest you get another company to make deliveries in Ireland. Order took almost a month to arrive, having been returned to the UK without ANY contact with me. Had I not followed up on the order what would have happened? I strongly suggest you monitor your courier service. May I say again that my purchase was perfect. I look forward to your comments.”

“The online service from beginning to end was excellent. Unfortunately, I have a sizing issue and therefore not many of the items were suitable. I used to purchase Elvi in store at a Debenhams in my area but the section closed and it is difficult for me to purchase without trying first. So, I cannot be a regular online customer but quality remains good and, if you ever come back to my area, please let me know!!”

“Prompt delivery, well packaged. I always feel confident about buying on-line with Elvi as thier sizes are always consistant. They always have a good "cut" that is vital for larger sizes. This makes the difference betwwen buying "regular" clothes made in bigger sizes and specialist big sizes. In other brands I can vary in size, but I am always the same with Elvi. I have just bought a dress and bolero in occasional wear for a wedding I am attending and it was on the outlet page, this made it a third of the price, which is great for an outfit that I might not wear very often. I always buy work suits from Elvi, because again they have a good cut. Keep up the good work, we "bigger ladies need you!”

“bought two skirts both beautiful only problem length was not stated and I had to take one of them to have it shortened when I put it on it trailed on the ground it was so long nut now I have had it shortened it is lovely thank y”

“Elvi is my preferred clothing supplier, I go to your website first. In my humble opinion :- What is excellent: The Website - very easy to use. The quality of the clothing. The simple ordering method. The reasonable prices and many reductions which encourage me to spend more than I should but never regret. What is very good: Customer service - always helpful and polite. What could be improved: The descriptions of the clothing and the care required. A good 'office work' range in dark blues and dark greys and browns as well as black - with more skirt suits rather than trousers. More bright colours, less diamante stuff Reinstate the size 28 Sincerely, Carol Winning”

“The service offered by Eliv is exceptionally good. The web site easy to navigate, and once the order was placed the clothes where with me almost the next day. Having delt with other sites that promise next day delivery at a premium cost ( that don't deliver when promised ) it was a really nice surprise I will be dealing with elvi in the future !!”

“My order was processed and dispatched very promptly. The size was perfect. My only quibble is the postage. Free postage in GB for orders over a certain amount. This does not apply in Ireland. Other GB companies give the same discount to Irish clients.”

“My order for two items was dealt with very promptly and the goods received within a matter of days. However, I returned a cream lace top (S14D/BS43/03RF/24) by collect plus on the 30th May and according to parcel tracking you received this on the 2nd June and I have still not received credit for this item 11 days later. Would you please look into this?”

“Hi. I recently lost a LOT of weight! Had a look at several on-line clothes sites, but was particularly impressed by "Elvi". I ordered 2 skirts which are extremely good quality and with zips! So nice not to have had to buy something fully elasticated! Have only worn one of them so far, but I had some lovely comments - and about the quality. Well done Elvi on my fabulous skirts!”
