“Have found over time your clothes are coming up smaller than size stated. For instance their sizes are always a size smaller e.g. size 24 is more like 22, therefore very disappointed as the quality of the product is good. I have compared them to clothes brought in the pass and they do not measure the same.”

“Stylish clothes for the larger lady. Order received promptly and nicely packed. Always find it difficult to choose clothes on line and had to return some of the items as didn't like them on. Wish I still had local Elvi store so that I could try before I buy.”

“The trousers you sent me were of excellant quality and material. Sadly the length was about 8inches too long .As it had a zip it would have been expensive to have them altered.I was very disappointed. It would be great if you did differant sizes .I am only 5ft 2inches so I have had to send them back. I find so many stockists do very long lengths on all clothes. There are a lots of shorties around. Be great if you could do shorter ones as well!!! I hope your buyers could resolve this matter. I would certainly shop with you if you did. Some years ago I shopped many times with you and have had many lovely outfits. Many thanks Virginia Woodgate”

“I purchased a dress that i saw in a very up market store which stocked Elvi. It arrived on time and was just what i needed with two thirds of the price which i would have paid for in the shop. All in all i am very pleased with the experience with my first shopping on line with Elvi.”

“I object to being offered free returns only to find i would have to travel into the nearest town, paying for petrol and parking to use the so-called 'free' returns service. Why discriminate against people who don't live in towns and cities? Fairer to not offer free returns in the first place and reduce prices of clothes instead?”

“I used to shop at Elvi when you had 2 stores in Kingston fabulous clothes then - now the trousers were very heavy with an elasticated back and no zip the worst part though was the cheap feel of the material. Moving on to two of the tops - such a cheap nylon feel to them, and cheap they were not. I didn't even bother to get the jumper out of the bag I couldn't stand anymore disappointment. What has happened to the quality clothes you once sold?”

“I was looking forward to receiving the trousers especially as I had purchased them at a reduced price. When they arrived it was like christmas opening the beautiful packaging. Stunning quality, love them so much I wish I had ordered the skirt in the same material before the sizes sold out. Have the perfect top to go with them. First class from ordering to receiving them. So happy thank you.”
