“The grey culottes were crumpled as they came out of the packet as though they had been screwed up and twisted. I felt that if they were like that after a journey in the post they would not wear well so I have returned them today.The black culottes were a better quality material but were sadly very baggy and deep in the crotch. So I've asked for a size smaller in the hope that the crotch will be less voluminous.Fingers crossed as I really like them. Thankyou Pauline Luck”

“I ordered some shorts in the sale. Sent them back because on me they did not flatter. Am short and size 24. However quality was good as was style which would probably suit someone taller. Would have exchange for the maxi dress but my size had gone.”

“I am really happy with a couple of the trousers I picked up in the sale. However, Elvi's style and mine have been drifting further and further apart of late. It's no longer my go-to for professional wear.”

“I used to patronise the Elvi store at the Trafford Centre, but have not bought anything much since it closed. I had an email offering sale goods, and remembering the quality of the items I had purchased previously I decided to give it a whirl. I am delighted I did!”

“Love the packaging as it arrived! The shirt was gorgeous, but I will admit the sizing on the pants was confusing, so I'm uncertain if I should get something smaller.”

“Delivery for an internet purchase is extremely slow. The website stated next day delivery, it actually took 4 days!!! very slow, would not use again”

“The quality of things is lovely BUT I find the shapes and sizes are not always completely flattering for the fuller figure. Things are quite boxy. Need more empire lines in the range to define the waist and bust a bit more and fewer shift styles.”

“I bought 2 bombers (the Prima gold sequin one and the navy lace one), a tribal jumpsuit, a nautical short and a cute top. First of all, I don't know if all parcels are like that or if it's just because I bought an item from the prima collection, the black parcel was just beautiful! I'm so in love with this parcel! Next : the clothes. They all are dope! The bombers suit me perfectly and it's a top notch quality. I usually don't buy shorts because they are too short for my taste, but thanks to the comment of a French blogger, I bought this one and now I just want all other Elvi shorts! The jumper was actually bigger than I tought, and I really love that even if the pants touch the floor. The top want really big! I'm used to size up all my tops because of my bust, but here, it was large! I'm 110% satisfied with my first order on Elvi website and I can't wait to order a second time!”

“This raincoat was listed as a size 22 on the site so I expected it to fit. However when the mac arrived the label inside said size 20-22 and came up very tight across the bust. Very disappointed with my first order especially as I had been looking forward to ordering from a company that specialises in clothing for curvy women.”

“Really lovely jacket. Go up a size as cut rather narrow on hip ( Elastic round bottom). Liked it at full price but so pleased to buy when reduced. Will look great with dresses as well as trousers.”

“The faux leather jacket fits well. However I had to return the trousers which originally cost £55 as they did not fit correctly at the top of the leg and were not very flattering.”

“The order came quickly, well packed. I ordered trousers which are well made and fit well, I also ordered a long cardigan which had the colour described as cream, although I noticed later that it had 'stone' was in the title. It certainly wasn't cream and stone was a better colour description. I would have kept this had it been cream but stone is not for me. Returns are painless. I am afraid that the current collection is not for me, I am now too old and prefer the timeless offerings of old but realise that this was not profitable.”
