“have been ordering for a few years and am pleased with the qualiry of the garments, my only complaint is returning items as you have to print off a returns form.”

“Quality clothing that feel and look "expensive" but are affordable....the sale items are great value if you are lucky enough to hit on your size. Website very user friendly and delivery efficient. Please do a wider range of clothing up to 28/30/32 There is a real shortage of quality, well designed and affordable clothing above size 22/24.”

“I was an Elvi customer for many years when you were located in stores and I thought that the quality of your online store would be the same. I was disappointed with most of the items of my first online purchase. Many of the items did not fit well or I could not even get them on fully. In particular, the arms of one dress I bought were so narrow that I could not get the shoulders of the dress up to my shoulders. The quality of another dress was not what I expected as it was very thin. Overall, I was very disappointed that I had to return 5 out of 7 of the items I had ordered. I am not sure that I would want to risk ordering items again without being able to have mor information about the item being ordered as it appears that ordering by size is not a guarantee as it was previously.”

“The colour was true to the on screen view. I have kept the Vest top but it is longer than I realised I will have to have it altered. The service was very good, queried answered and well packed and all in a very prompt timescale.”

“love Elvi clothes, perfect fit. Have had difficulty in the past to locate stores that sell Elvi so pleased its back on line. All items (skirt and blouse) sent for fit perfectly only slight problem in sheer see thro blouse but easily sorted with a cami top to wear underneath otherwise top class. Delivery as stated , again good service. Thanks a lot”

“I cant normally find a bad word to say about the quality and fit of Elvi clothes but I'm really disappointed with the size's of my last order.... some 14's were to small and others to big It won't ut me off ordering again but it might be worth saying when they are an oversize look Thanks”
