“It seemed a very good top to wear at work. However I decided to return it because the length or the sleeves just above the elbow, the body shape and the large golden zip at the back did not match my requirements.”

“First, excuse me for my english but I am a french lady. I baught a dress and a jacket. The clotg are nice but I am not happy with the finishing touches. The bottom of the dress has just been cut, without any hem and the jacket fits badly on the two sides. I think it's not a high qualiry! It was my first order but I think I'll not purchase again.”

“I am struggling to understand Elvi's sizes. At one point I had 3 vests all the same size and all different measurements. I even sent them a photo. I just ordered a very beautiful shirt - that would have fit me ok - but the armholes and upper arms are so small I could not even get it all the way on my arms.”

“I was eagerly anticipating the arrival of my order as I had a special evening to go to and envisaged looking spectacular in the white feathered top and gold and white brocade skirt but it was not to be the top was totally unmanageable and the material of the skirt was rough and uncomfortable to wear so I had to return all my items.”

“To order from elvi was very easy,delivery was good, the clothing was off good quality but I ordered size 18 and 20 in a skirt and top size 18 was too small and size 20 too big. But I would not hesitate to order from elvii again if I saw something I liked.”

“Very disappointed. Poor cut, sleeves were out of size (too small). Stitching of poor quality under arms. Not the Elvi quality I expect to see and have seen with other items. Had to return for a refund.”

“Returned. These trousers look lovely & soft on the photos but when I received them they are hard crinkle material & very scratchy on the inside where the gold was. Very disappointed”

“I used to buy a LOT of clothes from Elvi shops and then on line. After a garment which disintegrated after a few wears, I had not bought anything for some time. I purchased a red jacket and a pink jacket last week. The delivery was efficient. Unfortunately both items have been returned to my local (Stewarton, Ayrshire) pick up point the afternoon of delivery. When I put on the pink jacket, the hem along the bottom was wavy in places. Because it did not sit properly, it did not look nice. The red jacket (same size as the pink one) had very, very narrow openings at the sleeves. I could (just) get my arms in to the sleeves- but it was not comfortable and I needed help to remove it. I am disappointed and frustrated. I used to be able to rely on Elvi for whatever the occasion. Unfortunately not any longer.”
