“I didn't realize that the international fee to return the clothes from the states would be more than the cost of the clothes. Nothing fit right so now I'm stuck with 5 articles of clothing.....”

“I thought I had bought a beautiful coat, went through the entire process , paid for the garment only to be told later that it was out of stock, how can you stil advertise something that you no longer have !”

“Lovely customer service - my clothes came in a box wrapped in tissue paper. Sadly a pair of trousers didn't fit but they have the Collect + system which makes returns simple.”

“This was my first purchase from Elvi and WoW! The material could be mistaken for leather the colour is a lovely charcoal metallic not too shiny or bling just fabulous!”

“The website is pretty good and easy enough to work through. My problem with Elvi at the moment is that the selection seems to be smaller than it was, and I like classic styles rather than all the stuff on there at the moment with asymmetric hems or long tails at the back of tops.”

“The long green knitted dress is lovely. I have just broken both my ankle and my leg in several places so finding something longish and comfortable to just easily pull on was great especially as it is soft, the colour is a lovely dark sage and the style is very flattering. So I feel very happy, just knowing I can look really nice even though at the moment I feel pretty horrid. Looking good definitely gives me a boost. Please make this dress again in some other gorgeous colours.”

“I was supposed to get 20% discount on order .Your code News 20 was declined .It did not specify what case it was to be entered.As in Ireland we already pay large postage and high exchange rate not encouraging to shop”

“Service level excellent, received an immediate response to my email query, however when my order arrived - very quickly - I was disappointed to discover the raincoat did not have button holes to enable the coat to be fastened. This was not highlighted in the description therefore I had to return it. Unfortunately the closest collection point was 18 miles away therefore I have incurred expense travelling to return a purchase I could not use. Hopefully better luck next time. Linda Jardine”
