“Quality nowadays very poor . Sizing. Completely incorrect twice now I have ordered a size 18 and been sent a 28 or thereabouts. I do not think I will try again which is very disappointing as elvi was my favourite place for trousers.”

“I have just bought the pvc Hi low skirt and love it. However, not thrilled that can only return via Collect Plus- had to drive 6 miles to return other things. Won't be ordering again until that is changed!”

“Website was easy to use and delivery was quick (considering items were coming to the states). I loved, loved, loved my items, but ordered the wrong sizes an simply wanted to exchange them. Now 6 weeks later after much back and forth with customer service I am still no closer to getting the exchange completed. Like other reviewers I will not be ordering from Elvi until the shipping and exchange policies change.”

“Well Elvi did not make me happy because the product I ordered has had to be returned. It was nothing like the picture on the model and unwearable because of the horrible scraty material and the poor finish. However, the process of buying was easy enough and it looks like returning the item through Click and collect wont be too onerous. So it was the item that dissappointed not the service.”

“Interesting and modern clothes in plus sizes. They run slightly small so I wish they extended up to an at least UK30. If this ever happens, Elvi will unquestionably become the Queen of UK plus fashion.”

“Bought the embellished taupe/ coffee brown blouse. Feels lovely quality, my only comment would be that the embellishments are a gun metal bullet shape that sticks up from the blouse. A flush sequin type or plain gold or silver would be prettier, but it wont stop me wearing it. Nice length, covers my bum nicely.”

“The clothing is as appears on the site. The styles are classic and current. The clothing is generous in sizing, note however their return policy is simple. Look forward to continuing to shop . The overseas shipping was quite reasonable”

“My order arrived more quickly than expected and everything so far has been a great fit. As someone always searching for good quality but inexpensive fashion buys, ELVI is one site that I will be visiting more often. I love their looks and the slight edge that it has while being very wearable and the fit is great for someone that is not very curvy but still bigger”
