“The jacket was really good value BUT was sent in very small bag and was so creased up that I could not wear it, I hung it for a few days but still so creased so will have to return”

“Saw the on sale in the house of fraser website and thought i would look directly at Elvi, so glad i did, i chose the silver sequin dress on sale and it arrived very quickly, its slightly darker than it looks on the website, but lovely and i am definately looking forward to wearing it over the festive season.”

“My first online order, ever, (I know!) but Elvi made it so easy. My parcel arrived promptly and although one item had to be returned and replaced - within 24 hours and by Royal Mail - the lovely people at Elvi helpline talked me through every step. Hayley Hasslehoff Collection delighted with the quality of cut, fabric and fit. I've even started taking an interest in clothes again. Don't change your helpline - the fact I could talk to someone who explained how sizing worked and knew the product range really gives me confidence in shopping with you. Thank you.”

Thank you for your review and for the time you have taken to write it. Once an order is placed, it can take a few minutes for the system to update the stock levels. If two customers place an order in quick succession, priority is given to the order placed first but the system can briefly show that there is stock remaining. “I can't believe how great the service was - I ordered on Wednesday and it arrived the following Monday - all the way to NZ. That's faster than most things I order locally. The clothes are great, love the styles, the fit, and the fabrics. Will be ordering again.”

“Orded Green Coatigan in size 2 which was delivered very quickly This felt too large so I sent for smaller size to compare and I LOVE IT !! sent large back and will be enjoying my new wool coatigan for many days to come . Great for the car or travelling .”

“I like the service and the fact you can change the size of the garment to smaller or larger without having to pay any extra postage. Sometimes little things mean a lot. The clothes are of nice quality and little different. MW”
