“Fantastic service very quick delivery and the dress was wonderful and beautifully made would highly recommend Elv ,i will be a returning customer very soon. The sizing suited me but a shame did not do larger sizes for the larger lady like other retailers i.e. going up to a size 32. Your quality is first class and as no one really caters for the older lady I feel there could be a good opening there for Elvi we do not want to look like mutton dressed as lamb but smart and elegant and that is what Elvi offers”

“The jacket I bought was too large everywhere except on the upper arms, which were tight. However ordering and returns service was OK, subject to the fact that I returned my purchase on Thursday and have not received an email confirming my refund. The returns note I included in the parcel should have had order details already printed as other retailers do. I hope I I filled it in correctly”

“I am disappointed that the coatigan I ordered is too large for me. Having searched in vain on the Elvi website to find what a size 2 meant in ordinary dress-sized terms, I thought I would risk ordering the size 2 (I am size 20/22). Sadly it is too big for me in all respects, the sleeves are also too long. I am returning the size 2, and would consider ordering a size 1 if I could be reassured it would fit me. Such a pity, it is a lovely garment and such a great colour. Could do better, Elvi.”

“Unfortunately 2 pieces did not fit. So I had to return them. The postal fees from Austria to England are € 16.00, so quite expensive. Is there any possibilty to share return postal fees for/with customers out of Great Britain?”

“I found on line shopping with Elvi a very easy experience. The quality and sizing of their clothes is superb. Delivery is within a few days and if you need to return an item it poses no problem. I would recommend Elvi to anybody”

“These clothes are better cut and quality than other brands. I got mine on sale as the full price is out of my budget. I wish the shift dress I bought was more loose around the hips as it's a bit tight but I guess I just need a bigger size. The problem I have is that I am a 14-16 for tops and a 16-18 for skirts. So it's hard to find dresses that fit really well. I ordered a white shirt and it fits really well but it arrived creased everywhere , does not look new and I will keep it but have to iron it for an interview. You should provide wide fit shoes as well as I would have purchased a pair to go with my outfit. Overall , for the money spend , it was good value and worn well , the clothes look expensive.”

“Bought the black waterfall zip cardigan, While stylish it is disappointingly thin and has that "man-made" feel about it. It will as they say "do a turn" but very glad I didn't pay over the odds for it.”

“I bought four items and returned two. There wasn't a close up of the gold metal edging on the maroon long double layer blouse. If I had seen them, I would never have bought them and the sleeves were far too long. What type of person has arms that long? I've never had that problem with any of your other clothes.”
