“Elvi is the one company I can depend upon to supply top quality clothing at a reasonable price. Their clothes fit me, their clothes are well made and come in great designs. I always go to elvi first when looking for something to buy. I wore an elvi top to my granddaughters wedding in July and I think every single guest asked where I had got it from and how fab it was. Ordering is easy and goods are delivered promptly. Returning goods is also easy, although I have only returned goods once and this was due to me ordering the wrong item. Prompt repayment to my account. WELL. Done ELVI.”

“I have just rediscovered Elvi after 14 years, and its been wonderful, the item are so lovely, so well made, so much younger than I remembered from before and a great mix, which complement each other, so you can buy a one off piece or an outfit. And the prices are great, thanks, I will be back again and again xxx”

“My order was delivered very quickly and was packaged carefully. I have not bought anything from Elvi since the Bluewater store closed; I was a regular customer there. I hate the fact that for larger women most shopping has to be done online as there are so few dedicated shops on the high street now. My experience with this first order was heartening: I am glad to see that you still provide good quality , stylish clothing.”

“One package I had returned to Elvi went missing. When I didn't get the expected refund I contacted Customer Services - they couldn't have been more helpful, keeping me informed of what was happening with an eventual good outcome for me in the form of a full refund, for which I was very grateful as I am on a restricted budget. I like Elvi clothes because they are good quality, a generous cut, and stylish for the fuller figure. Thanks Elvi!”

“I recently sent for 5 items when Elvi were offering a discount. I had visited there stand at the plus North event and was impressed with their style and quality of products. Particularly I am so impressed that you do not rely on polyester and acrylic for all of your clothes, but still manage to keep reasonably competitive price ranges. I was not disappointed , 3 of the items the black roll neck tunic, V neck fluffy jumper and the hounds tooth scarf are amazing. The scarf I wear nearly every day. Worth every penny. The dress and tunic unfortunately were returned as poor fits.(more to do with my height I am only 4ft 11" Delivery to a nearby collection point was really simple as was return and the money refunded within 10days. An excellent experience which I hope to repeat, Well done Elvi!”
