“Delivery methods not very suitable for people who do not live anywhere near a collection store .....the cost of postage on returns plus the initial postage charges make one think twice before ordering ....I have only ordered once in the last year because of these charges ,probably will not order again , shame as plus size clothes are hard to find”

“Trousers I ordered were fine but I was very disappointed about the cheap synthetic feel of the top. Would appreciate more in the way of natural fibres, especially with summer approaching.”

“The item arrived quickly. Unfortunately I needed to change the size. The instructions for returns/exchanges were clear and easy to understand. I am now awaiting my replacement garment.”

“The skirt is a lightweight fabric ideal for warm days. The pleating is crisp. My only issue is the amazing length! I had to have it shortened by 9 inches to make it ankle length ! I am 5ft 8 inches high.”

“Very quick getting orders to me. I would like the quality of the clothes offered to match the standard of their online service. The range offered nowadays is very hit and miss. The styles used to be really lovely but very rarely do I find anything that comes up to the standard of the clothes they produced very reliably in their early days. The occasional find proves they can still do it.”

“Your products are getting worse each season and each year. The colours, fabrics, designs. Delivery is OK. WHY did I buy linen skirts on sale? To DYE them to the Blue and Green and Violet colours I like. I bought a light yellow top & a pink top from Evans- NOT Mustard! I am very TIRED of Butterflies and Princess Kate LACE used by everyone in designs. You had high quality when you were at Debenham's, then in Wimbledon, Edinburgh. Now you are behind Evans and Simply Be! You sometimes copy them a month later. Who likes your clothes? Old ladies; maybe CEOs with no private or personal life? I am not a CEO. I do have two adult children who are working in pharmacology. I did go to uni. Surely you don't want to reject graduates!?”

“Not very impressed with the delivery arrangements. Much more convenient to be given an hour slot for delivery as some couriers do, than be told it will be delivered on a certain day - full stop ! Clothes purchased are great !”
