“I bought the 6 products on sale, I had never heard of Elvi to be honest. I would have purchased from the new season, but didn't really like any of the items. Very happy with the items I did buy. The only thing I would recommend is for more information on the website. For instance it would be nice to know that the waistband on the skirt I purchased was a zipped item or elasticated waist. There was no details on what size 1,2, and 3 actually equated to. I bought two woollen dresses, one of size 2 and one of size 3 as they were only £10 each. I wouldn't have taken this risk at full price. As it turns out size 3 was huge, but have managed to improvise to make it work. :-) Overall though, very happy with the quality and great prices of the items purchased, just a little more information pre-purchase would be helpful.”

“I bought two angora mix tunic dresses and I absolutely love them. They are well designed and generous in fit. The knit is warm and snuggly and can easily be dressed up or down. Simply perfect.”

“Ordered an item, and paid £9.95 for Saturday delivery (very expensive compared to other online retailers) Goods were then sent Royal Mail 48 hour service, so arrived the following Wednesday Not a great first experience!”

“I have bought quite a few items in your clearance. The problem is that the sizes seem wrong. I tried to call on a Sunday but no reply but it does not say that when you are trying to pay. I was given a discount code. I put it in but it said it was the wrong code? I like the returns scheme. That was easy!”

“The tissue was of very low quality compared to what we are used to expect from ELVI. The size was a bit tight for 22,the size I usually wear. The design was not bad but it was compromised by the poor tissue. Only really positive thing was the lining that was luxurious enough contrasted to the outer tissue. Had I not been a generally satisfied customer of ELVI,I would not give them a second try, but it was the first item I buy of such a low quality, so I believe it was a coincidence.”

“As usual I am very pleased with the two items I ordered. The packaging was intact and delivered very quickly. I was disappointed that a blouse I had ordered was out of stock but I will have another look to see what is available. Thank you (again) for excellent service for a lady of my size!!”
