“I am sad to learn that I would be considered a full size larger in the UK. The pants I ordered a size larger than I wear and found them very tight. The coat I ordered larger as well and found the upper arms very snug. The shirts were generous and fit well However, that being said, it was all of such exceptional quality, excellent materials and lovely style.”

“The ordering and delivery system is fine. The products I compared to the Elvi products when there were stores on the high street. The quality of the clothing I ordered did not reach the standard of the original Elvi clothing, so I was very disappointed. I returned all the items on the same day they were delivered and have still not had a refund. I will not be using this company again. It is increasingly difficult to buy good quality clothing. I ordered clothing from Next and returned on the same day, I have been refunded already. Not good Elvi.”

“Having bought the black coatigan a few weeks ago I have now bought the orange as well. I live it as much as the black and brightens up a dull winters day, I think its safe to say these will see me through the rest of winter and spring and may even make there way to next winter, fantastic purchases I cannot praise them enough”

“Last week I received my latest order from you and I was very happy with it all. I loved the top particularly and the brown trousers. They were all nicely made. I received the order in three days which was wonderful considering I live in Australia! Thank you Elvi.”

“Never disappointed. Speedy delivery and good quality at very good prices. Recent purchase included a black jacket. Excellent finish, covered buttons and cut for fuller figure but fitting in the right places. Sizing always good.”

“The website was fairly easy to navigate, order and pay. The order arrived quickly, I had ordered 3 pairs of trousers, these were of good quality, well made but unfortunately did not fit. I did think that the style was a little dated and I do prefer a bootcut or wide leg shape to the straight leg or skinny that is fashionable at the moment and certainly do not flatter the larger lady. Return was easy with the Collect+ free return label and a carrier that I use on a private basis as one of my first choices.”

“Ordering and delivery of items were both timely and efficient. Unfortunately I had to return all the items as the arms were far too long......then that's when I became unhappy. As I live on the Isle of Man the cost of returning the items was £5.60 and this became down to me as there is no free courier service. I am not sure this is clear enough on Elvis website and so in total postage has cost me over £10. Feel unhappy about this and a bit aggrieved if I am being honest.”

“This was the first time I had purchased from Elvi and I was very impressed with the clothes. The quality of the clothes are lovely. I ordered a few items and was impressed with them all. The clothes all came packaged well and delivery was quick. I will be definitely ordering again.”

“I was very impressed by the speed of the execution of my order and by the careful packaging of the garments. Unfortunately, I have to return two of them as I inadvertently ordered the wrong size, so I hope the Returns service is as efficient!”

“Clothes can be of an excellent quality and fit but it is a gamble as other times the sizings are all over the place. Their reductions are very good value. Need to sort their sizings out.”
