“Normally I have been very pleased with everything I have bought from ELVI.The service and the goods have always been excellent. However, on this last occasion, I wanted a matching skirt and jacket, the skirt was absolutely fine, but the jacket did not have a 'waterfall' front as pictured. but simply hung down like a pair of massive lapels. In fact the entire jacket appeared to be a a size or two bigger than the size marked and therefore looked horrid. I think your website would be greatly improved if your clothing were photographed on actual Models. Then we could get a better idea of how ithe garment was supposed to look.”

“I was impressed with the help given when making a mistake I ordered 2 pairs of trousers of the the same make. It was all resolvedby by e-mail within 24 hours- a great relief! I am delighted to find Elvi still available--most of my other Elvi clothes are a good 10 years old and I thought you were gone for good. Thank you . Myra Williams”

“excellent quality and price. Elvi provises fashions that i cannot buy in Australia and they always stand out in the general office attire . People aare always complimenting me on the clothes. Delivery is amazing, I cannot belive how quickly my last order arrived . Highly recommend”

“I am very impressed with Elvi as a recent shopper with them. I find the website easy to use, the way the items can be viewed ia very useful and the service is excellent. Deliveries are made quickly and efficiently, there are lovely styles and fashions to choose from and the sales offers are great. Will definitely be shopping with Elvi again.”

“I Have been a customer of ELVI for many years and have a high respect and affection for the company; the lovely staff when there was a shop available and the efficiency of the online service but most of all for the very good quality of the garments. They are always well made from good material and stylish. I wish the company well and will continue to check out your website first when looking for an outfit.”

“Since I found this website for Elvi I have had a wonderful time each time I have logged on. I was an avid customer of Elvi when I was able to shop personally in their store in Aberdeen and was delighted to find them online now I am unable to get to the shops. The Elvi store in Aberdeen has closed now and quite a few of my friends have said what a wonderful store it was. The website is easy to operate, the choice of garments is huge, the delivery service is good and the clothes ordered are always beautifully packed. I am able to hang them up immediately and take my time to decide whether they are suitable. The only downside I have found is the length of leg available in trousers. They are all 30" and, as my inside leg measures 27" I have to spend extra to have them shortened. I have had three pairs so far and all have been shortened. Thank you Elvi for access to well made and well presented garments.”

“The online service from beginning to end was excellent. Unfortunately, I have a sizing issue and therefore not many of the items were suitable. I used to purchase Elvi in store at a Debenhams in my area but the section closed and it is difficult for me to purchase without trying first. So, I cannot be a regular online customer but quality remains good and, if you ever come back to my area, please let me know!!”

“Prompt delivery, well packaged. I always feel confident about buying on-line with Elvi as thier sizes are always consistant. They always have a good "cut" that is vital for larger sizes. This makes the difference betwwen buying "regular" clothes made in bigger sizes and specialist big sizes. In other brands I can vary in size, but I am always the same with Elvi. I have just bought a dress and bolero in occasional wear for a wedding I am attending and it was on the outlet page, this made it a third of the price, which is great for an outfit that I might not wear very often. I always buy work suits from Elvi, because again they have a good cut. Keep up the good work, we "bigger ladies need you!”

“Elvi is my preferred clothing supplier, I go to your website first. In my humble opinion :- What is excellent: The Website - very easy to use. The quality of the clothing. The simple ordering method. The reasonable prices and many reductions which encourage me to spend more than I should but never regret. What is very good: Customer service - always helpful and polite. What could be improved: The descriptions of the clothing and the care required. A good 'office work' range in dark blues and dark greys and browns as well as black - with more skirt suits rather than trousers. More bright colours, less diamante stuff Reinstate the size 28 Sincerely, Carol Winning”
