“Nice fit lovely soft jumper”

“First time I have ordered items came quickly, didn't like Blue High Low top as it was very big, so was Green Round Neck Jumper, however Teal Lace Pencil Skirt was beautiful and I am thinking of keeping it. Beautiful clothes, have seen these in a department store, classy.”

“Taking advantage of an Elvi price promotion, I bought a dress, 2 blouses and a pair of trousers. The dress is excellent, exactly what I expected from the description online and fits well. The white blouse is a generous sizing and lovely quality. The top with green back button design is beautiful but the sizing is not at all generous, and smaller than the blouse which the label says should be the same in both cases. Petite navy trousers are exactly as described, but slightly disappointed in the quality. Elvi clothes are not cheap and it must be of good quality in order to keep customers.”

“I've now ordered multiple times from Elvi, and I was generally pleased with my most recent order. Elvi female suits are of good quality and value, and the shipping service to Europe is reasonably priced and quite fast. I would appreciate if Elvi offered greater choice of midi-length dresses that would suit mature working women as currently most dresses offered are short/above the knee.”

“Usually garments are are well constructed from good quality fabrics with just the odd rogue design. Tailored dresses and suits have always been excellent but I'd stay away from anything with sequins!”

“Smart trousers, good fit. Very pleased that the top fastening has a hook fitting and not a button ( which Elvi used to do) I usually have to stitch the buttons back on. Wash well and if handled correctly don't need too much pressing. Thank you for the numerous offers that have been on, that's when I buy.”

“I recently purchased 4 items out of which 3 fitted perfectly. Disappointingly the sleeves were too tight on one, which is odd given they were all the same size! However, the free returns service available through my local village store was excellent and quick - no waiting in long queues at the Post Office.”

“All my clothes over the past twenty years are from ELVI and all have been well -fitting, good quality garments so with this in mind I recently bought a little black jacket which does not fit and the make is very much inferior to all my previous purchases from Elvi. The sleeves and shoulders are too tightly fitted while the rest of the jacket is far too loose. This is the first time an Elvi product has not been a perfect fit. Anna M. Ryan”

“The fabric of the blouse is lovely and I am pleased with my purchase. I don't think my shoulders are particularly narrow but Elvi tops are always slightly too broad across the shoulders. Won't prevent me getting lots of wear out of this blouse.”

“I am pleased to see that the quality has improved. Having bought from Elvi for years, it was disappointing when the quality suffered. The finishing is still a little rough at times, but will hopefully continue to improve. More stylish two-piece tops, e.g. cami and overblouse would be very welcome.”

“I have used Elvi for about 8 years for mainly workwear. They have good quality fabrics that are well cut. The styles vary so some don't suit, whereas others are my staple wardrobe. There is a good mix of classic and unusual designs to suit most occasions.”

“Despatch was very efficient. The top is thinner and flimsier than I had realised and I had missed the fact that it came with a vest. This was no doubt my fault, and I still like the general effect, but the more obvious you can make information about fabrics the better.”

“I recently ordered some black trousers from elvi, but unfortunatly I did not like the material, so have returned the said item. No refund has yet been sent. It is a loss to me that your shop in the arcade cheltenham has closed as I do like to try the clothes on before purchasing them. I have shopped with your store since you first opened in cheltenham and have always been very happy with the clothes bought and the quality has always been excellent.”

“Very good service - rapid delivery and responsive return or exchange service. Clothes are good value and I keep coming back. New website is much improved with side and back views as well as front but pictures and garment description still do not always give full picture, e.g., width of trouser legs and colour reproduction sometimes wrong.”
