“Cape good but image did not make clear that there are 2 'scarf attachments' that are difficult to keep in place. These also make it difficult to drive as I don't like things ppulling on my neck. However the cape is a good lightweight car coat.”

“I ordered two jackets. One arrived and was very nice, the delivery note stated that the other jacket was out of stock, even though when ordered online my order was accepted. This other jacket was for a wedding so I then had to go out to buy another jacket which was rather annoying. Both items were sale goods. Even so I am always pleased with the quality of Elvi goods. It's just a shame that the Elvi franchise shops are now very few and far between.”

“Slight problem with delivery Had to send 2 items back felt poor quality and not what I expected from Elvi Suit skirt was a bit tight but have kept it and the jacketin the size was far too big but have changed it and thats ok Had an email yesterday to say I had been refunded for the 2 items that were unsatisfactory just need to check my account to see if it has been recieved Have in the past whether by online or in store always been happy”

“Recently purchased a beaded top in the sale. When removing the plastic cover the beads and sequins began to fall and the fabric badly creased. Very disappointing.”

“The website is excellent as ever and is easy to use. I meant to send something back but found the return process awkward as it meant finding a shop which would accept the parcel and there wasn't one nearby. In the end I kept the item.”

“I have always enjoyed shopping with Elvi. I am rather worried that the recent designs of clothes are being geared to younger women as the clothes have been much shorter and more fitted. This does not always suit older and or larger ladies, who prefer their legs covered a bit more, and also like a bit of breathing space in the dresses. Please do not change too much.”

“Ordered a necklace and three tops. The necklace was fine and so were two of the tops but one had a faulty neckline and should never have been sent out. Shame as otherwise I really liked it. The other tops were fine and of the quality I have come to expect from Elvi.”

“Very nice tops received quickly and well packaged. The size 20 fitted well at the bust but the sleeves and body were at least 4 inches to long and the overall look was not goods.”

“THe top I bought was a birthday gift from my husband. It was promptly delivered and looked fine . The only disappointment I felt was that the fastening at the front was too low and altering it was difficult as I couldn't make it hang properly. I did not return it as my husband would have been upset.”

“Pleased with speed of delivery, and packaging was good. Clothes are not generously cut I am size 22 but require a 24 at Elvi. Pleased with 2 of my purchases but less happy with a blue blouse which looks cheap, poor fabric. On the whole I will probably shop again at Elvi.”

“The first skirt was too small so returned via Collect + mid July Reordered larger skirt which is fine. Have not yet received a refund from first returned order”

“The clothes all arrived in excellent condition and wrapped well. I did not suit the styles that sent back nor did the colour in the catalogue online show just how light in colour the beige long sleeved jersey top is. The trousers and cowl neck black and white top are lovely.”
