“I only found out about you though your shop in Sutton Coldfield closing.The range of clothes cover all times of day and has outfits for a special occassion.i am glad you have an internet site”

“bought two skirts both beautiful only problem length was not stated and I had to take one of them to have it shortened when I put it on it trailed on the ground it was so long nut now I have had it shortened it is lovely thank y”

“My order for two items was dealt with very promptly and the goods received within a matter of days. However, I returned a cream lace top (S14D/BS43/03RF/24) by collect plus on the 30th May and according to parcel tracking you received this on the 2nd June and I have still not received credit for this item 11 days later. Would you please look into this?”

“Hi. I recently lost a LOT of weight! Had a look at several on-line clothes sites, but was particularly impressed by "Elvi". I ordered 2 skirts which are extremely good quality and with zips! So nice not to have had to buy something fully elasticated! Have only worn one of them so far, but I had some lovely comments - and about the quality. Well done Elvi on my fabulous skirts!”

“I sent for 2 items as they were not suitable I sent them back altogether it cost me £7 to send back plus £4.99 £12 all in with nothing to show for it,that was last year but this year Instead of a box it came in a parcel I would think that would be cheaper to send back but thankfuly kept the things I sent for this year thanking you Lily Quinn”

“Dresses/skirts should be longer. Or the option of lengths. Love your skirt and dresses but they are too short. Cotton/linen/viscose should be used.”

“The quality is usually acceptable although more care and attention should be given to the actual fabric. Fit is usually acceptable, although zips can buckle, fabric can be difficult to iron, so doesn't always look smart. Sale items reasonably priced. Carriage is prohibitive.”

“I bought a few items on the 40% discount day last Friday. The 2 shift dresses have been returned because they are too short for a larger lady. Also I have noticed with Elvi that the sizes come up on the small side compared to other plus size clothing outlets. I have kept a suit with co-ordinating camisole because I love the suit although again it is on the small side. I am losing weight and expect it will fit me shortly.”

“Easy to order, easy to find way around website. However, top was very small for size and I'm a standard 20 in most major well known stores. So will have to return. Shame because nice top.”

“I am pleased that I can buy Elvi on line I have missed buying from your shops, however I did find the White Tops I brought more cream in colour and I am a size 26 and they came up small but I have kept them. other wise I am pleased with what I purchased. I will view your site again.”

“Although postage of goods was quick, as I have had before, the state of the goods was shocking. I ordered 3 tops in size 20 they were more like a size 10. Goodness knows what happened to the sizes. Very disappointed.”

“I have been an Elvi customer for many years and it was a disappointment to me when so many of the stores closed. However , the goods can still be bought on line. Any time I have sent for something , it arrives without delay . I am a tall lady and find the lengtth of sleeves . trouser , legs etc., very good with Elvi. On the odd occasion when I have had to return a garment . It is accepted without question and a refund given very promptly.”

“I ordered a dress and and pin stiped skirt I was pleased with the skirt as I am with most of my purchases from Elvi but the dress was not quite right. I took it to a shop and it will be returned .”
