“I love the quality of Elvi clothes, and the hassle free ordering and returns (when they are necessary) are a bonus. For me a really good experience as I can buy on line clothes that flatter my curves and if I don't like then or they don't suit me I can send them back. Pauline”

“No complaints about service or speed of receipt of goods. My complaint is about the length of the two skirts supplied. I am 5'8" tall and for that reason didn't check the length of the items. They looked fine on the model. However, she must have been about 6 ft. tall! One skirt was 100 cm long and the other 110 cm. Elvi is supposed to be for curvy figures - not ultra tall ones. These skirts should have been on Long Tall Sally's website! Very disappointed.”

“I love the multi print sunray pleat skirt and can't wait to wear it. Problems with the chambray maxi skirt though. I have had 2 of these and both hems are crooked. I hope to have this resolved eventually.”

“I ordered the skinny denim jeans, which I am very pleased with. They are very comfortable due to the strechy material and look good. I was a little disapointed that the fit on the body was a little short, but the addition of a belt helped with this.”

“Elvi products are always excellent, including this one. The reason I have down graded to "Good" is because of the added V.A.T! and that was AFTER the dispatch costs have been added. I have NEVER met this in retail shopping in all my life, and that is considerable.”

Thank You for your feedback. We would like to inform you, extra charges on your invoice has not been made for VAT. Please see the invoice shows a break down of how VAT is added on each product. Please note the grand total will be including VAT which would be your original payment. Hope this helps.

“Elvi use to be my main shop for my clothing, but recently they change there designer and this new designer are not as good and quality as the formal clothing from Elvis. Including the sizes measurements were wrong.”
