“I had to exchange a jacket for a different size.the young lady i spoke to was brilliant.helpful and happy in her approach to the exchange,clear and concise in procedures.the item was exchanged immediately.five star service.excellent jacket in every way.the cut and fit were brilliant.i highly commend and recommend elvi.”

“The butterfly top and camisole were perfect for my niece's wedding which was held in a beautiful garden. Buying them on-line was quick and easy. The description and the sizing were accurate and delivery was very prompt.”

“I have always liked Elvi's clothes very much and bought them for years - I only buy from Elvi. Recently the dresses seem to be more suitable for younger ladies. By this I mean much shorter, no little sleeve and much tighter cut. This does not look so good on a larger figure, old or young, so I do hope you will revert to your pretty designs of last year. I should hate to have to stop buying from Elvi, because it is so easy to buy on line. Margaret.now I cannot remember the code for the 20% off.”

“The quality of the clothes is very good. Disappointed that you do not have any shops anymore. I think the price of postage and packing if you spend less than £99, is quite high.”

“I have bought Elvi clothes for quite a few years and have always found the quality and fitting to be very good. As l am a size 22/24 that is rare to find. Delivery has always been very quick. I have very occasionally had to return items for a diferent size or refund and it has been delt with very efficiently. This has been made even better recently by the introduction of their new returns system which does not cost customers anything. I would definitely recommend this company.”

“I have been an Elvi customer for years, since there were shops all over the country. Previously I purchased almost all my clothes from Elvi, and very much enjoyed wearing them. However, recently I find the fabric quality to be poor and the cut and machining not up to standard. The result isthat I have been genuinely disappointed with recent garments. And have had to return several. Such a shame because I was a fan.”

“I have bought from Elvi for years and am quite happy. The only problem is not having the shops to try things on (I used to use the one in the Trafford Centre, Manchester) but I manage! Please re-open them if an upturn in the economy allows!”

“Some of the items I purchased from Elvi have been very poor quality. For instance a dress I purchased which had a lining, the lining dropped below the hemline of the dress by some inches and I was unable to wear the dress again. The materials of some items has been if a very poor quality. I will not be purchasing again.”

“I find the cloths displayed on your web site do not give a good view of them you cannot tell the texture or sheen of fabrics and as not actually on models they give a diseptive view of the style and fit. I would much prefer to visit shops to purchase but that is no longer an option as you have now closed them. I have been disappointed with your choice of styles recently as you used to do a lovely range of casual wear but you seem to have moved to old style skirts and tops. I know large people find it difficult to find stylish cloths and you used to provide this but not at the moment. Please bring more style to your new collections like you used to.”

“I have been purchasing clothing from ELVI for several years both in the United Kingdom and also while living in the Falkland Islands. I have been amazed at the speed at which items are dispatched and reach even the Falklands very quickly. The fittings are good and the clothes are of the best quality; I have never had to return any goods for problems with sizing or quality. Many thanks to all the staff at ELVI.”
