“I have bought most of my wardrobe on line from Elvi and am entirely satisfied with the quality of work, value for money and originality. I do miss the shopping experience from outlet stores, but shopping on line saves me the trip into town. Thank you Elvi.”

“I have bought several items recently from Elvi. All were of high quality fabrics and beautiful finishes. However, none were of a perfect fit. Trousers - petite length is too small but regular length is too long so all have had to be shortened. I carefully chose a much larger size for the jeans as they are too tight and come up smaller than the size they should be. Blouses - one was perfect fit, the other too tight across the stomach so had to be altered. Two other blouses are massive at the neckline but I can't fasten them from the bust downwards. These are being returned. The shape was completely wrong for curvy shapes. A linen skirt was beautiful, fitted well and does not need any alterations. To summarise my experiences are varied but Elvi are good about returns. My only request is that they go back to designs more in keeping with the shapes of plus size ladies.”

“I like the quality of Elvi products but the cut is what really sells . The material is always quality but then the cut and style make so much difference. It is as if they are made for a larger woman and not a small size just made bigger without allowing for our peculiarities. The thick thighs and the big arms etc. I have bought Elvi for years and shall continue to do so.”

“I can make only online shopping which is not very nice , it's better to try and choose .Elvi is not anywhere near me all the stores closed down I live in leicester and wonder where is the nearest one now.”

“I have been a customer of Elvi for the best part of twenty five years, mostly in your shops and latterly online. Up until about five years ago, I would not have thought of going anywhere else. Your clothes are always of excellent quality and fit and your sales second to none. But recently I have noticed a disappointing propensity towards flimsy fabrics, even in winter, and skirt linings tend to split very easily because the seam is so shallow and choice of skirts is no longer than 70cm. This has meant that my purchases have dwindled lately, to my great disappointment.. Please return to your excellent choice of quality fabrics and styles of five years ago and restore my faith in your products.”

“I was very satisfied with the service. I had problems with the web site but when I phoned the girl on the other end was very helpful and placed my order. I received my order 2 days later well packaged. I will certainly shop with elvi again.”
