“I have found that over the years the clothes seem to me to have become a little boring and sorry to say, in some cases, look dated. I used to enjoy looking at the clothes and still have a jacket which was unusual, well made, and has been admired many times. I find I can no longer get such clothes from Elvi. However, staff have always been very helpful and delivery and communications are excellent.”

“The coat looked like an old sack. Too tight in the middle so had to be returned. (I would point out that I have bought a coat previously from Elvi in a black brocade material which is stunning and everyone comments on it)”

“Very surprised to receive my order only the next day after ordering. Excellent service. The jackets I ordered are very good quality and I am very happy with them. I won't hesitate to order from Elvi again.”

“Chose as my sister long time customer, sadly my experience not so good Of 4items purchased from sale had to return 3 sizing poor and zips on two skirts jammed one got open other on skirt could not even try on. Returned items and had to wait for month for refund which came promptly after I emailed reminder. Not impressed sorry”

“The sizing was completely wrong I usually wear 22 but as it was a straight style I ordered a 24. It would not even go over my hips! Very disappointing”

“Unfortunately I had to send item back as it was not true to size but the skirt I ordered was of good quality so have requested the next size up delivery was very efficient so I'm hoping my refund or exchange will be equally as efficient .”

“I have always liked your products over the years. Especially your A line simple skirts as I know they always fit me and are slimming. I have bought most of my skirts from you. Just wish you could join M & S - they send to New Zealand free freight and have done for the last 12 months so lots of people here are sending to them for clothing. My only down comment would be perhaps more description of the cloths could be put in than you do. Keep up the good work. Kind regards Margaret Wright”
