“I like the dress very much and the price was excellent. I wish you would show lengths etc in inches as most sites do so I don't have to convert everything. I would by more from elvi if the skirts were not almost always too long for me.”

“I LOVE ELVI JACKETS PLUS MY LASTEST PURCHASE I HAVE ALLWAYS LOOKED FOR ELVI JACKETS EVEN IN CHARITY SHOPS I USED TO FIND ELIVI AND BUY FROM DEBENHAMS BUT THEY DO NOT HAVE YOUR OUTLET IN STORE NOW THATS WHY I WAS SO PLEASED TO FIND ELVI ONLINE AND THE ONLINE SURVICE IS PERFECT I AM VERY HAPPY WITH ELVI AND LOOK AT ELVI ONLINE FIRST IF I NEED AN NEW OUTFIT THANK YOU”

“The outfit I ordered arrived very promptly unfortunely it was wrong size , I phoned and replacement in larger size arrived next day, but also a second replacement followed within a couple of days, the outfit fitted well looked great, I also ordered a linen dress which was lovely”

“I thought the clothes were lovely that I ordered, one problem though like most designers of plus size clothes they think that plus size women have large bodies and little arms; that we all look like barrels, make room in the sleeves please for our plus size arms and you may sell more clothes!!!!!!”

“We no longer have a local Elvi shop, so I'm delighted to still have access. Unfortunately as this means I cannot 'try before I buy', so I usually have to return some of my purchases. This is easy to do, and so does not put me off buying online.”

“To be honest, loathed to use again. Sizing of item was small, was screwed up in a ball upon receipt, returned nearly 2 weeks ago, no notification or refund as yet, good job i got proof of return.”

“I ordered a black cardigan for £60 and several days ago wrote a bad review of it. I notice you say that no-one has reviewed it yet which is not true. Do you not publish bad reviews ? It was expensive and bad value for money and left black bits all over the blouse I wore underneath it. Please respond to this comment.”

“I have sent the 2 tops back twice, but I don't think you have reimbursed me yet. I am an 18 in Marks & Spencer but neither the 18 or the 20 fitted. The cut was all wrong. Penny Mitchell”

“Have bought Elvi clothes for a few years and was always very happy but since our local store closed have to order on line and have found sizing is now smaller also bought 3 tops on line which are too small but missed return date due to holiday.”
