“I love this store! I had covid, so locked away, and needed thread urgently to finish a quilt for my best friend's 50th. I ordered Sunday night, and it arrived from Morwell on the Tuesday. I have since ordered again and won't be getting my thread from Lincrat or Spotlight anymore. Great family business.”

“I was looking for something specific & when I phoned JM Embroideries, as I live in Western Australia, I only had the voice on the phone to guide me. Thanks to Mick he was patient & after talking to him for a while I decided to go with his choice, as I couldn't actually see any of the fabric. Well the fabric arrived today & when I opened it, I couldn't have been more pleased! It was even better than I had hoped. “I was shocked and surprised by the size of the balls half the size of the balls I usually buy, and the ply was 2 ply not the usual 4 ply I use. My fault for not reading the description properly, just falling for the pretty colours. I learnt a good lesson.”
