“I am a repeat customer and have found their range of products and prices very good. They often stock something harder to find elsewhere. I have purchased fabric and sewing tools in the past and have found the items to be in excellent condition on arrival, postage reasonable and communication with the store about the order excellent and prompt. My last purchase Mick helped me to upgrade postage to express over the phone the day after placing the order so I would get it in time for Christmas which was very helpful. I highly recommend this store.”

“Happy with my purchase. Delivered 8 days (I'm in Victoria) after ordering. Pretty good considering it was in Dec, before Christmas. Items arrived in perfect condition including the long roll of pattern paper. Cheaper than Spotlight. Wished I had purchased more, however, a bit tricky buying online without being able to see or feel the materials. I had problem choosing bobbins as online description isn't sufficient for me identify sizes. So, didn't buy bobbins. Wonder if I could ring the store up for assistance. Anyway, I will buy again from JM Embroideries.”
