“While I got my order in a timely fashion, I ordered 4 difference shades of metallic silver to see which would work best for me. However there are not labels on any of the threads, there I don't know which one to order more of!”

Sorry to hear that the labels have come off. We do get the occasional one like this from Gutermann, as they do not seem to use a good adhesive on the like round paper on the end of the spools. I will bring this up with the rep so they can pass it onto Gutermann. Also, if we come across any here that are missing the colour number label in future, we will write the colour number on the spool. The only ones we have seen this occasionally happen with are the sliver and Metallic Effect ranges.
